I'd never been to a chiropractor until a few weeks ago - Dr. Bromberg has really done an amazing job for me. Everyone in the office is warm, welcoming and professional. From Stephanie to Kat and to Dr. Steve, they show concern, compassion and are very accommodating. I've now been 6 times since I first went to seek help for a back and neck issue. This used to be a great practice. Doc went above and beyond. He was one of few doctors who would actually listen and take the time to make you feel safe and comfortable. Like you mattered. You felt like part of a family. Staff knew you were in pain, and they shared the same kindness, patience and understanding. Things have been very different since the staff turned over. The practice makes sure you are in and out as quickly as possible. You feel rushed. Doc says very little. His adjustments feel mechanical. He has no interest in having a conversation. He stopped listening. He goes through the motions and you're on your way. Staff is running the practice as if it's some kind of med spa. There pushing these different devices that are more like cosmetic treatments. And boy are they pushy, pacifically the one older woman on staff the billing clerk. Good luck with that one, especially if you are a female she will make sure you are rushed through your adjustment. If you aren't interested in the cosmetic procedures they're pushing as med spa treatments, expect to be treated poorly. This used to be a solid medical practice dedicated to caring for there patients. Now it feels like all Doc cares about is making money. Doc no longer cares about making people feel better. I expect more from someone who is treating me when I'm most vulnerable, when I am in pain and I am suffering. Just because I have been injured and can't afford fancy med spa treatments, I don't feel like staff should be looking down on me. We miss the old staff, and we miss the old Doc. It's a shame Doc is only interested in making money now. A once great medical practice has been ruined by vanity and greed. read more

I woke up with a stiff neck and a burning sensation going down my legs into my feet. I went to see Joanne and Dr. Bromberg. I was greeted with a smile by Joanne, I explained I was not doing well today. Joanne spoke with Dr. Bromberg shortly after, I'm on the massage table. Dr Bromberg came back in to check on me, he asked how I was doing, I explained not good. Dr. Bromberg said come with me across the hall, he cleaned the table, and I was given a massage on my neck, vibration on my legs and back. Dr. Bromberg then gave me adjustments on my back and neck, my sciatica was stretched on both sides. My hips were straightened with a guided leg tug on each side. Thank you, Dr. Bromberg! I have been going here recently and getting all the spinal adjustments (cervical, thoracic and lumbar). I instantly felt my tension release after the first session. Awesome. I stopped rowing for a few months and tHen sustained quite a shoulder injury. My shoulder was slightly dislocated which severely limited my range of motion and cause great pain. Dr Bromberg is pretty cool! I love the flexibility coming here. I'm usually scheduled for 5pm but with work & the T, I arrive between 4:30-6pm but they're always willing to accommodate. I have had pain in my lower back and right hip for a couple of years, and I had been to PT, sports medicine doctors, had X-rays, a low-back MRI, etc. My CHA orthopedic doctor had me on daily anti-inflammatories, but they were dulling the pain, not solving the problem, and I didn't want to be stuck on meds forever (I'm 29; I think my body can still heal). I decided to give chiropractic care a shot. I found this center online and picked it because it was close to my work. The results have been wonderful. The pain started getting better after about 3-4 visits and went away almost entirely after about 6-8 weeks (I went in 2x/week at first and then switched to 1x/week because my insurance stopped covering visits). I have had almost no pain in my lower back for about a month now. The pain in my hip has continued, but that has also provided a lot of clarity about the source of the problem: once the pain had localized just to my hip, my orthopedic doctor ordered an MRI of my hip, and it looks like I might have a labral tear in my right hip. I've started another round of PT (now focused on my hip) and am exploring surgical repair options. But the point is: we couldn't have figured all of that out if it weren't for the awesome chiropractic care I got to clear up the back pain. My experience with Dr. Bromberg and his staff has been great. It's easy to get appointments, and the staff are super friendly and cheerful. Dr. Bromberg is proud of his work, and he wants to see his patients improving. It's easy to be open with him about what is working and what is not working, and he and his staff listen. I first came to Dr. Bromberg's office on a Groupon for massage- that was so good and being in need of a new chiropractor, I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Bromberg is wonderful. My visits aren't just your standard "crack, crack, thank you sir" type affair, rather Dr. Bromberg takes the time to talk with you and find out the areas causing pain and about lifestyle. This deep-dive into my chiropractic care has been wonderful, not only to I get my obligatory adjustment but I've learned exercises that have really helped with my posture and lifestyle induced back pain. I can't recommend Dr. Bromberg and his staff highly enough- they are wonderful to work with. If you are looking for massage, Sylwia's massages are amazing- I've had a few different masseurs over the years but she is by far the best, I talk about her to everyone for days after my appointment. read more

Dr.Bromberg is very knowledgeable and is a great chiropractor. I went there for treatment when i was suffering from tendonitis in my shoulder and arm. He performed this Graston technique and was able to relieve a lot of pain and inflammation. i appreciate his work and because of his help I was able to go back to work with no pain. I walked into Dr. Bromberg's office as a non-believer, having had a very, very bad experience with another chiropractor in South Carolina. So I was skeptical, but desperate. I told Dr. Bromberg this as soon as he walked into the treatment room. He was so completely understanding, comforting, professional, and warm that I started to think I could trust him with my spine and the massive muscle spasm under my right shoulder blade. I was in so much pain it hurt to use my right arm. It was either trust him or wait to afford massage therapy, and that's such a crapshoot as to whether you end up with someone who knows how to dig into the knots properly. So I submitted to his process. During his adjustments, I'm not gonna lie, I was in some agony. But right after, it was like the clouds parting and the sun finally shining through again. I got up from the table with some pain still, of course, but I could move my arm. I did complete arm circles. Yes, it still hurt, but I was mobile. The next visit, I was tight again, but not as bad. Bing bang boom, dig dig crack crack, and I was a little better even than after the last visit. The man is a genius. The office is busy all the time, and his assistant is there to attach the electrodes, take you out of traction, and help in any way she can. I went from an absolute skeptic to a believer. I will continue to see Dr. Bromberg as long as my insurance holds out, and beyond if I can. There's just something about him that is honest and comforting. My mother and I have been seeing Dr.Bromberg on a weekly basis since September. We were in a serious automobile accident where our vehicle was hit head on. I went there for a massage. The massage therapist was professional and did a good job. ***** The receptionist has serious issues with people of color. I had politely talked to her and she acted funny and did NOT acknowledge me. She treated me poorly. I had told her thank you many times when she handed me a pen and documents to fill out the paper-works but she never said anything to me and that is a shame if someone takes a job and treats people differently. I asked her a question when I was checking out, she would not look me in the eye and answered very fast like a robot. I guess, she doesn't think, no cognitive skills. I called for an urgent appointment after a fall that hurt my back. I called three places, Dr. Bromberg office answered the phone (no machine) and offered to see me as soon as I could get there. It took me over an hour to get out of bed, the pain was horrible. Dr. Bromberg evaluated the injury and did an adjustment. The adjustment hurt, but a few hours later I could stand. I saw him 3 times that week. I could not believe I was feeling so much better. We met the following week. I was able to function almost 100%. He also has helped me with my balance problems. I can't live without this guy! I had my spine fused for scoliosis and a Harrington rod put in when I was a teenager, and now at 50, I have some serious neck issues (stiffness, muscle tightness, limited range of motion) that came from my neck being the only place with some motion. I had my doubts about this whole chiropractic thing, but I decided to try it anyway. I came to him because I worked in the neighborhood and could walk over, but even now that I work in Newton, I still travel to Kendall each week to get my neck cracked and back massaged (bonus that he has a free parking garage). I can't imagine starting over with someone else. Not only has he significantly improved the range of motion in my neck, but I somehow have gotten more flexibility along places in my back that had little to no mobility before. I was nervous with the rod along my spine that I was beyond help, but Dr. Bromberg found a way to make me feel like a million bucks. And he doesn't "stack up" the patients like some doctor's offices do, where you wait and wait to see him. He's nice to chat with too and the appointment doesn't feel rushed. I've been going to Dr. Bromberg since 2003. I go once a month for an adjustment. I have a physical labor job, which knocks me out of alignment. I go in, sit on the massage table, get realigned and feel a few inches taller when I leave. Dr, Bromberg is the only chiropractor that I have ever let adjust my neck. I am new to the practice but have had nothing but a great experience. I was in a car accident and advised by friends to go this this provider. I went in and immediately was hit with a great vibe all around. The front end staff is friendly and professional. As they were gathering all of my information they asked very genuine caring questions and made me very comfortable about being there. After a very short wait I went into the treatment room where Dr. Bromberg came in and did a complete exam (questions and a physical exam). It was found that I have some issues so a treatment plan was put in place and an adjustment was made on the first visit. This I really loved because most places will set a plan and then make you come back for the 1st adjustment to suck up your co-pay, this didn't happen here and I Immediately felt some relief!!! I have been there 3 times now following this plan and nothing has changed except my pain scale which is declining..... The professionalism and kindness in the office is same today as it was the day I first walked in. I am very happy I took my friends advice and went... As for the person who said that they got a groupon and had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 I find that hard to believe.... The office hours are on the door that clearly states they close at 6 so I am 100% sure you weren't given an appointment for 6:30.... Maybe this was your mistake not there's..... Dr. Bromberg is the best! I've had bad hip and sciatica pain for over 4 years and once I starting seeing Dr. Bromberg, things greatly improved. From my first visit, Dr. Bromberg has put a ton of time and energy into making sure I continue to improve. He has great suggestions for stretches, has a lot of great techniques and isn't ever afraid to try something new for the benefit of the patient. In addition the whole practice from Amanda, the receptionist, to Dr. Bromberg, is friendly, upbeat and welcoming. I have a somewhat chaotic schedule at times, and they never give me a hard time about needing to change appointment times and are great about squeezing me in at the last minute. I would not hesitate to recommend Bromberg Chiropractic to anyone, Dr. Bromberg really takes the time to get to know the patients and has really helped to decrease my pain level, but is also a great person to chat with during adjustments. read more
