I met with PA Michael, who was very nice, but could not go over the mri results with me. When I asked if the doctor was in, he said, no, not yet. I had a 9am appointment set to specifically speak with him because he wouldn't discuss results over the phone. After waiting 45 minutes, when I was the 1st appointment of the day, the same PA, Michael, basically said the same thing to me that he said before the mri. He said he didn't actually have the mri images and started rehashing about the X-ray taken at the Deer Park office during my first visit. This was a complete waste of time and after 1 month from my first visit to my last, I know nothing more than when I started except that I need to see a sports-oriented orthopedic doctor, because I'm concerned about competitive sports, and not just being able to walk. Why not pick up the phone and talk to me? It has to be that they can't charge for an appointment then.
