I usually just ignore it, but this time when I left with my 11 year old, he said "wow, she is aggressive." While aggressive wasn't the word he was looking for and later clarified she spoke down to me. She is nice to the kids, but her bedside manner is atrocious. Unfortunately, she is typically who is in on the weekends. She will likely be why we leave.
