I am now over 62 years old, and I've received treatments of various kinds by literally dozens of doctors in my lifetime, and I cannot say that I've ever been more kindly and considerately and respectfully treated by any other practitioners; doctors Kassnove and Houslanger are the very best! They did literally everything imaginable to reassure me and instill confidence that my needle phobia was not something to stress myself about, and also give me great confidence that my convalescence will proceed propitiously. You will not find a more considerate and professional practice than this! I am so thankful to have found such understanding people! I am also grateful to the administrator, Gloria, who always calls me by my first name and always shows her regard for me when I am there. You're not just a number, not just "another customer," at this medical office; you are a human being who is respected, even if you happen to suffer with peculiar phobias or (potentially problematical) medical issues. They put you on hold for an hour and 43 minutes then they talk about you when you're actually on the line with someone saying that people are crazy thinking they are on hold when they are not They have no consideration that people actually do work also and to talk about people while they're actually on the phone with someone else is ridiculous and unprofessional when I go to this appointment with my mother, they will be hearing from me and so will the doctor about his staff.

I sat on the table why he did it in my left ankle and after he was done he said well you can leave now I go to get up I was full flat on my face I got up got out of the office walking two inch steps my car was over 200 ft away nobody helped me they never told me to have someone with me in case I can't walk but they all sat there and watch me as I try to walk to my car that's pretty sad. Then the next time I came I saw the surgeon after waiting an hour and he did nothing it's okay I'll see you in 6 weeks. I think he was arrogant and not very caring. He didn't make my orthotics correctly and then asked…read morewhat i want him to fix it. about . I didn't know why is he asking me ? He's the Dr. Then he suggested building up the orthotic to accommodate for my underpronated right heel . Waited 9 weeks for them 1st time 2nd time 3 weeks.He didn't come in to see me when i came to pickup orthotic 2nd time. Sent MA to give me my orthotic. The orthotic is so rigid (no cushion) and i have to wear a Dr Sholls insert with it. I realize I need to have it somewhat rigid but these haven't any cushioning, painful . He's been nice in past and made my last orthotics which were fine. We really clashed and i'm educated about my feet by Google. I didn't know why my foot was so painful. I didn't know about underpronation or about what a stress reaction is. I am seeing a foot and ankle Dr. He educated me as well. He Xrayed me laying down sideways on both sides of my foot. Now im wearing a walking boot. Improving. Im have also spoken to other people that were unhappy with their level of care .
