Stay Away!!! When I saw the duct tape on the bike seats, I should have run. They place looks dirty and is. My therapist was an older man, Mike I believe. He was rude, inappropriate and completely unprofessional. Spent more time watching TV and talking about himself than actually helping me. Made comments about other people that were very derogatory and as a woman just gave me the creeps and made me feel uncomfortable. Recently found a new therapist and what a difference! So Professional and attentive. Took notes, took measurements and is really helping my recovery. read more

I had a a spinal fusion in 2016 and when Imy surgeon from Hospital for Special Surgery wrote me my script for physical therapy I went straight to Motion Dynamics. Steve worked on my motion range so well. I had my second spinal fusion surgery in 2020. Even before the surgery I knew I was going to go back to Motion Dynamics and have Steve get me back into motion !!!!! Everything is cleaned 100 times a day and EVERYONE is wearing a mask. I visited Motion Dynamics several times in the last two years. I received services - stretching assists, instruction, massage, etc. - from several professionals. All seemed fundamentally able in their professional therapy work. However, I had (and have) extreme concerns about the ugly politics of one of the two co-owners, who himself works as a therapist there. We live, very unfortunately, in extremely divisive times; for many millions of us, it seems our politics is now resentful and consternated, unsalvageable. This co-proprietor was either oblivious to or unperturbed by the fact that tens of millions of Americans are not merely disapproving of some current realities, but shocked to the point of lasting disillusionment. (And perhaps there is a deep want in a person: the very human rights-reviling freakishness of his politics functions to prompt - as if his were the mainstream, the sensible, the intelligent and eminently logical.) But, of course, everyone is not equally racist, isolationist, xenophobic, sexist, antithetical to social progress, inclined to acquit incivility and immorality, trivializing of imbecility in political leadership, and to dismiss the undoing of democracy by the lamentable - contrary to the Founders' intent - function of the Electoral College. We may sometimes suspect that a particular mechanic, electrician, contractor or health care provider (for example) is politically unenlightened, but sometimes we know... it is obvious and incontrovertible. I cannot return to such a place that always reminds me of the death of democracy and the debasement of self-respect and integrity in the country of my birth. Just terrible the worst physical therapist office I have been to. Waited an hour to get a physical therapist who was a condescending, arrogant, as.h.le!!! I have had a completely positive experience at Motion Dynamics. My therapist Steve started my consultation by explaining my injury; even more than my doctors did. I leave there feeling stronger and better about my heeling. My sessions have been versatile and demanding, but not too much. I highly recommend this practice for your sports unjustly. read more

I went a couple of years ago to this place and they were extremely helpful and professional. Rarely would I be there for hours and the staff was nice. Earlier this year I went back and they were much busier. There were a handful of times where I'd wait well over a half an hour after going into a room to see someone. One time I waited over an hour and a half in a room. Therapists now aren't on-hand with you all of the time. Rather, they tell you to do certain exercises by yourself at times and serve another patient... Which isn't what I was paying for. This time around I was also seen for less time by the therapists. My first stint there I was seen for well over a half an hour each visit. This time I'd see the physical therapist for 10-15 minutes at times. They are generally friendly, but it seems they're trying to do too much overall simultaneously. read more

The office staff is professional, friendly and knowledgable. This office is well run and clean. The therapists are hands on and work with the patients one on one, they do not turn on machines and leave the patients to do their own therapy unless the specific therapy warrants that. I have dealt with this physical therapy office for 2 injuries and they were instrumental in my recovery on both occasions. You could not ask for better when it comes to personal care in a friendly, clean, environment, than Motion Dynamics PT. I highly recommend this office. read more

I gave this place three stars because the therapy is inconsistent as are the people who treat you. Some days, I'm treated for 30 minutes, others barely 15 minutes. They show you what exercises to do, (while they treat others) and which I could do at a gym. Out of the three therapists I've seen, I like one, love one, and hope to never again be treated by the third. The one I don't care for chastises you for not doing exercises at home as much he expects you to do. On top of that he is condescending and totally judgmental without knowing how much you have on your plate at home. He knows his stuff, don't get me wrong, but after questioning me like a 10 year old and outright saying I "must like pain," I almost walked out! Not that it's HIS business, (or anyone else's for that matter), but someone close to me was diagnosed with breast cancer a few days ago, and I CHOSE to give HER my extra time. Additionally, my back pain is exacerbated by stress, and this guy worked on another part of body and my back was throbbing--he made me THAT uncomfortable! On another note, a guy I had ONE time, was kind and spoke to me with respect. Wonder of wonders, I managed to do my exercises almost EVERY night THAT week. He never talked down to me, rather, he spoke to me as one adult to another, rather than a narcissistic teacher who must learn from the master! The other guy's approach just will never work (esp. with anyone who has any semblance of self-esteem and who will not tolerate a person so narcissistic he sees nothing wrong with questioning you, then scolding you when he doesn't get the answers he wants to hear). My BF was so upset after I told him the story! I get upset just THINKING about it. How dare anyone who is getting paid to treat you, take it upon himself (or herself) to play the "I know everything and you are a mere client who must obey me" card! read more
