They seem to really move through customers without making you feel rushed. They're also not trying to convince you to do every exam to charge extra. Last year I got my eyes dialated, and this year I did not need to. I didn't want to but was glad to hear my doctor recommend holding off for another year herself! Makes you feel like they care, at least a little bit. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Did not find/have problems. They are relatively easy to set an appointment with (online or by phone). I say this is one of my better eye appointment experiences without feeling like I've wasted a whole day!

I went online looking for an optometrist to get replacement glasses. No one was accepting new patients especially one from out of state. I decided to see if MyEyeDr could help me out. I have an affinity for Oakley frames and I called one location who didn't carry them, but were happy to look in the system to find the MyEyeDr on Westfield Rd which did. That was true customer service by getting me what I wanted and not try to sell me on something else. I set up an appointment with ease and was seen at my requested date/time. Luckily it's a new year so I got my annual exam along with new glasses. I was told 7 business days for glasses to come in and without fail I got a text saying they were in. A lot of people don't like chain facilities, but MyEyeDr proved there is always an exception. They were able pull up my prescription from over three years ago when I last used a MyEyeDr to compare against my current vision and my insurance information. I thought they were beyond repair, but they're actually more comfortable now than they were before. I really appreciate her help.
