    Practice has too many patients and they can't handle any more. Staff does not understand urgent VS…read moreemergent VS routine. If your a new patient appointments will take a year. If your an established patient you will end up in ED. And the comments about rude staff are true, especially in Fishersville office. Most providers (MDs) are OK, some not very personable.. and I always feel rushed during my visits.

As soon as I mentioned leaving, the doctor saw me immediately -- which made it clear the delay wasn't due to workload but a lack of urgency. The front staff felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I requested glasses and a pack of contacts, the woman with curly hair interrupted me repeatedly with "hold on, hold on, you are going way too fast" even though I was simply responding to her question of what I wanted which never changed each time I said I wanted just GLASSES AND CONTACTS!! (Nothing about deals or offers or what I could get on the glasses). Before I could even say contacts she interrupted me not once but multiple times after asking what I wanted to order (Which was about three times mind you) and all I said was glasses and contacts!! That was it! I wasn't asking for offers, deals, or extra info -- just placing a straightforward order. Somehow, that was too difficult for her to process. Maybe hire someone that can take a simple order instead of someone that gets overwhelmed by just a simple straightforward order. She acted like it was way too hard to keep up with just glasses and contacts. I couldn't imagine if I had to ask about anything else. I worked in customer service for 8 years I know how hard it can be but if someone can't even take basic request without acting like it's too much for her to handle than you need to find someone who can. I can understand if I was asking a bunch of questions or wanting a bunch of stuff but I literally just ask for glasses and contacts nothing else about info or anything. Working in customer service there was times I had to take many MANY request and questions and process them immediately! I never once told a customer hold on you're going to fast and cut them off! Very unprofessional!!! Compared to other EyeOne centers nearby, this one stands out -- and not in a good way. I won't be returning to the Waynesboro location. PS, (this is the first and last time I go to the waynesboro office. If you are in the area trust me and drive a few more minutes to save you some time and respect and go to the fishersville office or Staunton office. The fishersville office I have been going to for 10 years and has always had friendly staff and doctors who value your time.)

    America's Best needs a name change!! I will not be returning or giving this place any of my…read morebusiness. First, I waited an 45 minutes to and hour past my appointment time. Secondly, I'm familiar with the testing that needs to be done, as I myself have worked in ophthalmology. The "tech" who was doing an OCT, took at least 15-20 pictures per eye and I could tell he was getting frustrated, I knew it shouldn't have took that long and asked if I was doing something wrong. Due to having small constricted pupils he said he couldn't get the picture. Funny, I never had that issue while taking pictures of the optic nerve. I went to another place next day, they got the pictures 1st try and the Tech was great!! I'm not against trying multiple times, it was the lack communication and then to be told it would be a waste of time for doctor to even meet with me. Thirdly, while waiting to schedule another appointment - three different customers came in with complaints varying from vision and glasses issues, to billing, and customer service. After my experience and the fact 3 different individuals come in during my visit was enough to leave me with a poor impression of this place. They are not the cheapest nor best quality around. I hope they improve for their current and/or any new potential customer. I will not be returning

    Well my first pair of glasses were wrong. They remeasured and said I wouldn't have to pay for them…read moreto get fixed. Now it's been over a month and haven't heard from them about my replacement glasses. I've contacted their main office by email and only was told they would be back to me fast.....WELL IM STILL WAITING. I spent over 250.00 for my new glasses I still don't have. Now I just want a refund so I can go somewhere else!!!! STOP DON'T GO ITS AMERICA S WORST!!
