I had previously stopped going to this salon and left a negative Yelp review many years ago. However, I recently heard that it was under new management and decided to give it another chance due to its convenient location. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. During my third visit for a gel manicure, the quality was subpar. The polish started peeling off at the cuticle after just a week, and it even curled and caught on things, causing further damage to the manicure. Frustrated, I reluctantly scheduled a fourth and final appointment. The 3 pedicures I received were average at best. I feel it's important to caution others about a particular nail technician named Bebe or BB. In my experience, she displays abusive behavior towards customers. During my last visit, I was surprised at how extensively my nails were sanded down considering there was almost no polish left. My nails were damaged from the sanding and paper thin now. The technician appeared disorganized and left me waiting for an extended period. Another technician, BB, took over the service and lacked professionalism from the start. When I informed her that I had already chosen my colors, she insisted I find them again, even though I had already communicated my preference to the previous technician. BB's tone was rude when she directed me to wash my hands, and she scolded me when I unknowingly sat in the wrong seat. Despite my efforts to remain calm due to health concerns, she questioned the last time I had a manicure, denying that it had been done at their salon. I couldn't believe the confrontational attitude she exhibited throughout the interaction. Before the manicure began, I calmly requested that she not cut my cuticles, expressing my preference for them to be pushed back instead. However, she ignored my request and proceeded to vigorously buff my nails with a rectangular buffer, causing discomfort. When I reminded her to be more gentle, she continued the rough buffing even though I told her she was causing pain, disregarding my discomfort caused by my existing neuropathy. To my surprise, she skipped the step of soaking my fingernails in warm soapy water, claiming that I didn't want a manicure because I didn't want my cuticles cut. This contradiction left me frustrated, and I decided to leave. However, she demanded payment for polish removal, even though there was hardly any polish left on my nails. After giving her a partial payment and attempting to leave, she blocked my path and continued to scream at me. This was by far the worst manicure experience I have ever had, both in terms of the service quality and the personal interaction. The fact that the owner did nothing to address the situation was disappointing and further added to my dissatisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this salon unless they want to endure an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. UPDATE. BB DESTROYED MY NAILS. THE NEXT DAY, ONE BY ONE, MY NAILS STARTED RIPPING OFF. I HAVE STRONG NAILS AND THEY ARE RUINED FROM HER PSYCHO BUFFING AND SANDING! July 21, 2023 NOTE TO OWNER! Your unprofessional nasty response and actions finally made sense today. I went to a wonderful salon where they treated me great and gave me a fantastic manicure and pedicure. My nails were completely ruined. They were so bad that they could not even give me a gel manicure as they had to remove the damage to my nails. In my entire life, my nails have never been soft and bendable and torn. I was telling the wonderful people there about what happened. I found out that the horrible woman who treated me like trash is your wife. That completely makes sense that you are co-owners. An owner, who had any authority or cared about his business would have fired her. Now we know who wears the pants in your family and it's not you. The woman wanted to add a nail service to her pedicure which elicited an irate response from the owner. I haven't ever seen anything like that ever. I won't be going back. Went here with my daughter for a pedicure before Mother's Day. The nail tech cut my toe when she was trimming my toenails. It bled. I said "Ouch!" Put on some alcohol, laughed, said "sorry" and kept on going. Put nail polish right on where the cut is. Didn't offer a discount or free - nothing. Today (3 days later), it's still sore and red. Went to Professo Nails for a pedicure and was completely over charged for services not performed. In their flyer description for the pedicure I received which was suppose to be $35 callus were to be removed and a lotion massage which I got neither. The person doing my pedicure was in a hurry because a client who had a reservation was waiting. Then I was charged for an upgraded pedicure of $50. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. This is my 1st negative review I've ever written but I'm hoping for no one else to get taken advantage of! read more

Refused service to my friend in a wheelchair for the simple fact explained that she was in a wheelchair. If that's not bad enough, when she came in the first time they said they didnt have time and she would have to get an appointment. Fair. When she came back for her appointment they said she couldn't because she's handicap. Despite this she gets her nails done at various salons once a month with no issues. When this business led me to believe that they could serve me if I came back and then tell me they never had any intention due to my disability. It pissed me off. I have had my nails done for about 30 years in many salons and Coby gave me the best nails that I have ever had! He really is an artist. I had gels nails (my favorite) and the best shape I've ever had. He took alot of time and care and the price was good. Its' also bright and clean. What did I just pay $25 for? A crappy manicure. This is the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Why? Well I know I came in at 4pm on a Sunday and you probably want to go home, but that's no excuse to sit me down, remove my old shellac, only to not even clean my nails up or even them out and just slap new shellac on them.... I had asked for a design and I received no design-- she forgot. I also don't like that some of their prices range ie: their prices will say "$5 - $15" so.....you just decide to charge me more if I inconvenience you? I honestly think maybe I'm spoiled by my $35 gel manicure at home where they take off my polish, use paragon wax, clean and even out my nails, lotion and massage and actually do a good job applying new polish. I will not ever come back here when I visit the beach and as soon as I get home I will be visiting my salon to have them remove this junk. read more

Called ahead to see if they had availability for 3 pedicures and they were more than accommodating! When we first walked in our chairs were already prepared and ready for us! (That's a plus in my book!) Sat down and we immediately felt comfortable. The technicians were great, sparking conversation with us and keeping us laughing and entertained the entire time! We called to see when they had the time for 3 pedis. We were told to come right in, they had openings for 3. We did, and waited about 10 minutes before we were told to come on back to our chairs. They were not ready for us, and again we waited, about 5 minutes, for them to get the liners in the chairs and start filling them up. Then Oliver led us to believe he would be working on one of us, but no, he got the water going and went to do someone else. So, again we wait. Finally, a guy comes over and starts on me. I was in the middle, so don't know why he started with me, unless it was oldest first?? ( I didn't mention, this was my granddaughter, my daughter, and myself, having pedis done as part of a fun birthday for me!) Another customer came in AFTER we were seated in the chairs, and was started on right away. So, he completely does my pedi, a French pedicure, which takes longer, and the other two are just sitting there, getting their feet wet! Forty five minutes!! When they finally made a move to start my granddaughter, we had to tell them no, we're done here! Am I wrong to think if you make an appointment for three people, that doesn't mean one after the other? Fortunately nail shops are almost on every corner here, so will try somewhere else next time. There are quite a few regular customers in here who may have had appointments so I guess I'll wait.
