Called up for a walk in for two small tattoos. They got us fit in at the end of the day and the artist and staff were nice and helpful. We did set up a last minute appointment and wasn't a huge fan of waiting outside in cold weather for like 15-20 mins but it was due to very strict hygiene/ sanitation reasons. They also had us sanitize as we walked in so very clean! It's actually a pretty small shop inside but their prices are great for the art, they also are willing to work with your budget by adjusting size or design which is helpful if you are on a budget. Would recommend especially after they messaged later reinforcing that they are there if we needed anything later on. I just stopped by because I have been thinking about adding on to my sleeve. I only have a couple of tattoos and I designed all of them but I got writers block so I thought it might be cool to go somewhere and ask a shop to get my creativity going. Whenever I pulled up I went up and the door was locked. Someone came out and asked what I needed. I told them about wanting to get a tattoo and my general idea, but they didn't really try and help me at all like in the most polite way possible they said that's not what they do and to leave. I understand that they only do custom stuff, that's normal, but all I wanted to do was figure out an idea and get a tattoo. I didn't even get a tat so I'm not going to leave a super negative review. Today I went on a whim to get a tattoo. I called hem and they asked me to send over a picture because they are by appointment only. AJ was able to get me in right away. I waited outside until he was ready for me. When I entered, my temp.was taken and I had to fill out paperwork about their policies. The place smelled really clean and looked spotless. AJ did a great Job. I do feel like the tattoo was vwwey overpriced for what I got but I agreed to it. Everyone was soooo nice and professional. You can tell they take rules seriously. read more

I've gotten a few piercings done here. Each time with a different person, but each experience was pleasant. The piercers know what they are doing, the piercings are quick and as painless as they can be. Everything is sterile as the tools are opened while in the room with the piercer. I haven't had any piercing come out crooked, nor have I had any healing issues. The pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend this studio for piercings. I haven't gotten a tattoo here, so I can't comment on their artists. Still, the tattooing area looks clean, with a chill atmosphere, and I would consider getting some ink here. read more

I don't care how long I have to wait truly but when you give a wait time of an hour to an hour twenty then after an hour and a half when we asked for an update we were told it would another hour and a half. At the beginning, if I had known it was potentially going to be a 3 hour wait I could've made a decision to go somewhere else but by that time, that was no longer an option.
