Zoe is so friendly and helpful. i got a double nostril piercing a few weeks ago and when I couldn't visualize what it would look like on my face beforehand, she took the jewelry and pierced it into a little clear baggy so I could hold it up to my nose and I was sold instantly. so intuitive, she knew exactly what I needed and took the time to make me feel comfortable with my choices. The other day one of my piercings got caught on a necklace and fell out, and Zoe came into the shop on her day off to put it back in for me, free of charge I have never felt so safe in an environment like this that can usually be a little intimidating and nerve racking. The shop is clean and comfortable, snacks and drinks, shop pup (I wasn't lucky enough to see lol), and easy to find.
