When we came back the next day to ask for a refund, the lady at the front desk immediately took us back to the piercing room to shove new jewelry into the area. When researching what to do the day prior, many results said to wait until the area is fully healed, and then re-pierce the area. My hole had already closed the day before, and she did not even look at the area to make sure it was safe to re-pierce or thread new jewelry inside. When asked about a refund, she replied that the "service had already been done, and the jewelry had already been inside of the piercing." No other accommodations were communicated. Please do not come here for body piercings, they are extremely quick-willed and just want to make a quick dollar. Very unprofessional. (Pasted from my Google review.
