Toe nails are jagged and uneven. Didn't even polish the entire nail. Had powder dip on my fingers and have a lot of excess on the sides, and the tips are not colored. When I went to pay, the lady behind the counter grabbed my hands and started filing the sides with no explanation. It would've been nice if she sat me back down and fix them, but that didn't happen. They are rough and are catching on my clothes, very poorly done. Not worth $100 I spent today. read more

I had a pedicure 10 months ago and they did a fabulous job. I returned and my experience was completely different. My technician was a thin young man who worked on my feet like he was driving the Indy 500. The while process was rushed. Minimal care, zero leg massage. He did not even paint the entire nail! The same thing occurred with my manicure. I am sorry for the other techs who take their time and have pride in their work but I will NEVER return to this establishment. In addition, when they reached out time, asking if I enjoyed my "spa" (yea, right) experience, I was honest in my evaluation. Did I receive a response? No. Nothing. I had an appointment with my Mom for basic mani pedi for both of us. They left me sitting 30 minutes and zero service. They male nail tech did a horrible job on my Mom's nails and she had to request a manager as he attempted to paint new polish over her old nudes polish! My tech failed to address the fact that the color I chose for my nails was clearly an old bottle and had very thick polish in it. As a result, after 2 coats and a top coat, my nails would NOT dry!"I waited patiently under a dryer and they still were not dry. Finally, I had to attempt to leave and get in my car. No matter how careful I was, they marked and were damaged by any contact with anything. I had to go back inside and have the manager have her choose another polish and have her repolish ...and wait all over again. As a result, I missed another very important appointment. The manager/owner casually asked if we were tourists as I was leaving from this $125 horrible adventure. I said no, we both live here! She was obviously concerned about a bad review. We'll, after 5 days, our manicures were trashed with polish cracking, peeling etc. We will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone else after this bad experience. ​ read more

Decided to try this salon since it was under new ownership again. No more impressed than before. Ricky did an excellent pedicure but here are my issues: *had to say twice I only wanted a pedicure. Apparently my eyebrows and nails are raggedy since those services were suggested. *Massage chairs are so-so *Seated in the chair next to me was (I ass he was an employee) watching something on his phone (not very relaxing). He did finally move. *Lucky suggested collagen and partition to which I feel sure I responded "Okay, I'll think about it" I ended being charged an extra $20 for the collagen. *Employee cell phones ringing, employees talking on the phone, and talking across the salon to each other (again, not conducive to relaxing). When my pedicure costs $100 I expect a bit more. read more

I have lived in Pawleys now for a while but haven't gotten my nails done much lately and really wanted a gel manicure. I called and wound up getting a lunch time appt within 24 hours. I wanted a colored French mani. I arrived about 10 mins before my appt and didn't have to wait. I explained how I wanted a colored French manicure and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Hanh did my nails... she was very patient and kind and took her time even though they were busy to make sure it was to my liking. I will be returning in the future. Definitely recommend... it will probably be less wait time if you can make an appt ahead. read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. Had powder dip mani, within 3days started to peel. Went back they just put a new top coat on, so you could see all the peeling spots. I said I was not happy, so on one nail they redid the dip and it's a completely different color than other nails. I would not recommend this nail salon. I've scheduled appointments only to arrive and learn that they do not have me on their books. I have also arrived for an appointment to learn that they have double booked and have scheduled 2 people for the same time and technician. I believe they prefer walk in customers because then they can pick and choose what they want to do. This place is usually empty or only has a few customers, so that tells you something. read more

The person giving me a pedicure cut into the side of my big toe, causing me to bleed. She said nothing about it but put some drops on it. I don't know what the drops were. She proceeded to paint that nail. When I got home, I put on triple antibiotic cream and a band aid. Now I'm hoping I can avoid infection. I don't want to have to go to Urgent Care tomorrow and I certainly don't want to have to take oral antibiotics. Really bad. No apologies by the technician or anyone else there. read more

I have to say I've had my nails done 1000 times ! Within days my nails are usually popping up . This was such a pleasant experience! He didn't get my nail hot or cut the side of finger filling them . My nails were put on Oct 23 , it's Nov 9 and they are still on ! And still look great ! My daughter in laws nails are hers . She got gel color and her nails still look great also ! Went in for a Dip Manicure and the man in the last chair closest to the sink cut me with the drill bit while he was talking, and then again with the nail file. The whole manicure was rushed and unprofessional. The alcohol and cuticle oil step had to be skipped since he broke skin, and I left bleeding with powder still around my fingers. As the name suggests, I had quite a lovely experience here! From my first step into the salon, the nail technicians were very warm and welcoming. They also had very friendly covid measures, as everyone was masked up, the manicure stations were prepped with glass dividers, and each customer was asked to wash their hands after checking in. I got a dip manicure with my mom and we had such a fun time chatting with the ladies and listening to the Christmas music. I then convinced my brother to go back and get his first ever pedicure with me a week later, and we were treated to some Vietnamese coffee which we loved! This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly as well as knowledgeable. There were customers that had ingrown toenails and they had staff members experienced with working with them. I had some dark coloring on two of my toes. When she painted the first nail, the dark was visible through the polish. She went back and took the paint off, repainted that and all my other nails with white first, then colored them with my choice. Completely covered the brown spots on my nails. They also have advice for any toe nail problems and home remedies. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would suggest this place to anyone. I wish I had a photo to show my awesome nails. read more

I went to this salon yesterday upon seeming positive reviews. DEFINITELY A NO GO. For one thing the air condition was broken and the employees said it had been for a week and it will be fixed "soon." The lady who worked on my mother had dirty finger nails and cut nails down so low that she cut her skin and was bleeding. The paint job on my nails is horrendous the man didn't clean up the edges that bled onto my skin, and with the gel it hardened to my skin. There is also no set prices, my sister heard the lady say (She has a nice purse, what should I charge) they will charge you whatever they want to.
