Had my manicure and pedicure done by Holly. She's very detail oriented and did a great job on my nails and feet. I really appreciated that she did my manicure first so that my nails were nice and dry by the time I had to leave. The pedicure tools all came out of a sterile pack which I really appreciated as well. The only part I didn't like was, towards the end of the pedicure she used a old nail brush across my toenails and feet. Nail fungus is extremely contagious so I'm hoping I don't end up with it. I think in the future I'll just bring my own tools just for my own peace of mind, I already bring my own polish, base and topcoat. read more

Excellent service...nice color choices...technician took his time! I did not have an appointment, but I was greeted happily when I walked in and served immediately. They have a very nice menu of options to choose from, and the facilities were very clean and updated. I especially liked the pedicure massage chair with the arm massage option. I did not feel rushed at all. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, and my nails look great. read more

Toe nails are jagged and uneven. Didn't even polish the entire nail. Had powder dip on my fingers and have a lot of excess on the sides, and the tips are not colored. When I went to pay, the lady behind the counter grabbed my hands and started filing the sides with no explanation. It would've been nice if she sat me back down and fix them, but that didn't happen. They are rough and are catching on my clothes, very poorly done. Not worth $100 I spent today. read more

Very accommodating . Easy to make appointment but not required. Nice, new chairs. Basic pedicure is nice, with a sugar scrub. Located in Bi-Lo parking lot. Lots of shaded parking. Quiet, Elton John music in background. read more

I had a pedicure 10 months ago and they did a fabulous job. I returned and my experience was completely different. My technician was a thin young man who worked on my feet like he was driving the Indy 500. The while process was rushed. Minimal care, zero leg massage. He did not even paint the entire nail! The same thing occurred with my manicure. I am sorry for the other techs who take their time and have pride in their work but I will NEVER return to this establishment. In addition, when they reached out time, asking if I enjoyed my "spa" (yea, right) experience, I was honest in my evaluation. Did I receive a response? No. Nothing. So I am surmising that they just want as many customers in and out as possible. Not good for the longevity of your business, Lovely Nails. read more

Do not come to this place. There is a lack of service and respect for people. They discriminate against people of color. They gave me a wait time and kept extending it. I never been to an establishment were I was treated like this. read more

I received a Basic Pedicure with SNS tips on my big toes and gel polish. I was impressed with how it turned out and the quality of service. Employees were very nice and it's a clean environment. Overall, I would recommend this place. read more

I had an appointment with my Mom for basic mani pedi for both of us. They left me sitting 30 minutes and zero service. They male nail tech did a horrible job on my Mom's nails and she had to request a manager as he attempted to paint new polish over her old nudes polish! My tech failed to address the fact that the color I chose for my nails was clearly an old bottle and had very thick polish in it. As a result, after 2 coats and a top coat, my nails would NOT dry!"I waited patiently under a dryer and they still were not dry. Finally, I had to attempt to leave and get in my car. No matter how careful I was, they marked and were damaged by any contact with anything. I had to go back inside and have the manager have her choose another polish and have her repolish ...and wait all over again. As a result, I missed another very important appointment. The manager/owner casually asked if we were tourists as I was leaving from this $125 horrible adventure. I said no, we both live here! She was obviously concerned about a bad review. We'll, after 5 days, our manicures were trashed with polish cracking, peeling etc. We will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone else after this bad experience. read more

Great service! But it is entirely too hot in the salon! They need to lower the temperature! Today it was 76 degrees in there!

Decided to try this salon since it was under new ownership again. No more impressed than before. Ricky did an excellent pedicure but here are my issues: *had to say twice I only wanted a pedicure. Apparently my eyebrows and nails are raggedy since those services were suggested. *Massage chairs are so-so *Seated in the chair next to me was (I ass he was an employee) watching something on his phone (not very relaxing). He did finally move. *Lucky suggested collagen and partition to which I feel sure I responded "Okay, I'll think about it" I ended being charged an extra $20 for the collagen. *Employee cell phones ringing, employees talking on the phone, and talking across the salon to each other (again, not conducive to relaxing). When my pedicure costs $100 I expect a bit more. read more

Great service! Quick and very skilled! Appreciated the clean atmosphere and friendly personnel.

The new owner is fantastic. Holly did my manicure and pedicure and she is wonderful. All of the employees are so friendly and I travel almost an hour to go to Lovely nails and will continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and go t Lovely nails. You will be glad you did. read more

I have lived in Pawleys now for a while but haven't gotten my nails done much lately and really wanted a gel manicure. I called and wound up getting a lunch time appt within 24 hours. I wanted a colored French mani. I arrived about 10 mins before my appt and didn't have to wait. I explained how I wanted a colored French manicure and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Hanh did my nails... she was very patient and kind and took her time even though they were busy to make sure it was to my liking. I will be returning in the future. Definitely recommend... it will probably be less wait time if you can make an appt ahead. read more

Prices were high and they charged an additional 3% for credit card. I could understand that but they also charged me $23 over the $25 tip that I left!! I didn't realize it until I was back home in NC. Will not be going back! read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. Had powder dip mani, within 3days started to peel. Went back they just put a new top coat on, so you could see all the peeling spots. I said I was not happy, so on one nail they redid the dip and it's a completely different color than other nails. I would not recommend this place, I paid over 90.00 for Mani and Pedi that's alot of money for a lousy job. read more

Decided to try a new nail salon since I was new to the area, I get dip manicure on a regular basis and usually lasts me 3+ weeks. Great service, however a bit loud for my liking and my nails are chipping and peeling off after 5 days... For the $$ I pay for dip, I expect it to last much longer and be much more durable. read more

I've been going to Lovely Nails for a very long time and have always been impressed then new owners bought it and it's called Nail Avenue now I'm pretty sure and I've been extremely impressed Tom and Kevin are amazing I recently just went and got a pedicure by Tom and he accommodated all my request everyone in the salon is very friendly and nice! I would definitely recommend coming here! I even got my eyebrows done and they look amazing. By far the best pedicure I have ever had. read more

Very nice clean and upbeat place. Seems like service providers enjoy their work and great nail service too

Gel pedicure....everyone was pleasant and service was quick. Chairs were comfortable. Very clean facility. Family environment. Will be back!

I would not recommend this nail salon. I've scheduled appointments only to arrive and learn that they do not have me on their books. I have also arrived for an appointment to learn that they have double booked and have scheduled 2 people for the same time and technician. I believe they prefer walk in customers because then they can pick and choose what they want to do. This place is usually empty or only has a few customers, so that tells you something. read more

Expensive pedicures, just to leave with everything looking the same as when I walked in. Extremely long wait for barely any people inside. And pressured to upgrade services. read more

If I could give a zero I would. The worst manicure and pedicure I have yet to receive. While I was there people were returning for repairs, yeah......what a joke this place is. Polish stayed gummy and never dried after hours, smeared and chipped finally just removed it. The technicians working there have no idea how to do a proper mani pedi, run don't walk away from this over priced and ill equipped hell hole! read more

Went to Lovely Nails at it is always my go to. Found out it was under new management (although the previous owner was good as well). Tom did my nails and took the time to do my gel nails. Will definitely be back. read more

I have to say I've had my nails done 1000 times ! Within days my nails are usually popping up . This was such a pleasant experience! He didn't get my nail hot or cut the side of finger filling them . My nails were put on Oct 23 , it's Nov 9 and they are still on ! And still look great ! My daughter in laws nails are hers . She got gel color and her nails still look great also ! I think I may drive 2 hours just to get my nails done ! When his wife found out we were a bridal party and made had us a fruit tray and drinks ! read more

Don't waste your time... It's a hole in the wall with six chairs and one employee. Went in on a Tuesday morning for a pedicure and was told to "maybe come back in an hour". No thanks. read more

The person giving me a pedicure cut into the side of my big toe, causing me to bleed. She said nothing about it but put some drops on it. I don't know what the drops were. She proceeded to paint that nail. When I got home, I put on triple antibiotic cream and a band aid. Now I'm hoping I can avoid infection. I don't want to have to go to Urgent Care tomorrow and I certainly don't want to have to take oral antibiotics. Really bad. No apologies by the technician or anyone else there. read more

Went in for a Dip Manicure and the man in the last chair closest to the sink cut me with the drill bit while he was talking, and then again with the nail file. The whole manicure was rushed and unprofessional. The alcohol and cuticle oil step had to be skipped since he broke skin, and I left bleeding with powder still around my fingers. The color is cute, but the job is sloppy. Don't come here if you're looking for good service. read more

The staff was rude and unwelcoming. They didn't greet newcomers as they came into the salon. I slipped accidentally and stubbed my toe and fresh polish and the woman managing was super rude about how I had to pay to fix it. They totally messed up my fingernails getting old gel off. I am vocal to friends and fam about NOT going here. The worst experience. read more

Went there this morning. Salon was clean, good selection of polishes. I had a dip manicure. They did a good job. I would go back again.

As the name suggests, I had quite a lovely experience here! From my first step into the salon, the nail technicians were very warm and welcoming. They also had very friendly covid measures, as everyone was masked up, the manicure stations were prepped with glass dividers, and each customer was asked to wash their hands after checking in. I got a dip manicure with my mom and we had such a fun time chatting with the ladies and listening to the Christmas music. I then convinced my brother to go back and get his first ever pedicure with me a week later, and we were treated to some Vietnamese coffee which we loved! My nails look the best they ever have and for the price this place is totally worth a visit! read more

Great experience! Took my granddaughter for a pedicure and they were very sweet and attentive. Highly recommend - we enjoyed our visit so much, that I have returned several times this summer! read more

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly as well as knowledgeable. There were customers that had ingrown toenails and they had staff members experienced with working with them. I had some dark coloring on two of my toes. When she painted the first nail, the dark was visible through the polish. She went back and took the paint off, repainted that and all my other nails with white first, then colored them with my choice. Completely covered the brown spots on my nails. They also have advice for any toe nail problems and home remedies. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would suggest this place to anyone. I wish I had a photo to show my awesome nails. read more

I've been going to Eric at Lovely Nails for about 3 months and have had gel manicures and pedicures there, as well as dip powder manicures. I've been pleased with the results and find that Eric is very gentle and quite good at what he does. I highly recommend Lovely Nails. read more

I was a walk in customer into Lovely Nails today and what a fantastic experience with Shawnee (not sure I spelled her name correctly). They stayed open late to fit me in but the nails were not very good. The person didn't put enough coats on my natural nails and they all broke the next week. This was upsetting considered I used my natural nails, got gel dip and I was $45 read more

I went to this salon yesterday upon seeming positive reviews. DEFINITELY A NO GO. For one thing the air condition was broken and the employees said it had been for a week and it will be fixed "soon." The lady who worked on my mother had dirty finger nails and cut nails down so low that she cut her skin and was bleeding. The paint job on my nails is horrendous the man didn't clean up the edges that bled onto my skin, and with the gel it hardened to my skin. There is also no set prices, my sister heard the lady say (She has a nice purse, what should I charge) they will charge you whatever they want to. In the end I'm sure you can probably find a better place then this one. read more
