The lady that helped me was not happy when you do not get the services they want. When I chose a basic Manicure with regular polish, she rushed through the manicure and didn't cover all my nails with polish... telling me it was "just gonna come off in a few days". I was more interested in just having my nails shaped up and cuticles cared for than the polish. (I explained to her the gel is too hard to keep on my nails due to the volume I wash my hands in a day) It was a waste of money for the job she did. read more

This place needs to close down. My wife's appointment was pushed back half an hour at the last minute. Then when she arrived, she had to wait another 30 minutes to begin. Do not go here. The business is a joke. It feels like a hospital waiting room. There is no atmosphere. No service. No one in their right mind would go back here. This is an extremely low end nail spa. Great experience and service! My mom and I both got basic mani/pedis and they cleaned up my cuticles that desperately needed it. More than anything, I want to give props to the two ladies working--they were BUSY and handling everything on their own! Great, affordable salon! Got 4 of us in at once. The gel pedicure was $55 but included exfoliating scrub, hot stone massage and polish. Did not feel rushed or like they were trying to get to the next client (I hate that feeling when I'm in a salon). We took our daughters and they treated them equally to us. I went in post-covid restrictions and got a gel mani and pedi. These two services cost me $90 and I tipped them $10. The pedi was PEELING after day 2, the mani latest a little longer and started peeling at day 3. When I went back on day 4 and asked for them to just removed the gel since it was peeling so bad it was getting caught in my hair, they refused to do it without me paying an additional $10. Now... I've had 100s Of gel manicures and some have peeled in the same way, BUT they are always willing to fix it or remove it without an added fee. I will chose a different place next time with a little more care to customer concerns. read more

I had a nice mani pedi today. The technician was very thorough. My nails are properly shaped, smooth and my cuticles feel healthy. I gave four stars because the color selection was a little limited and many of the bottles looked like they were dried up. Into pedicure was very good too. Complete waste of money. I was a walk-in and they said they had time for me, but they had forgotten about an appointment they had. When the appointment came in, they obviously gave priority to that lady and completely rushed through the rest of my pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was chipped about two hours after I left and my gel manicure was chipped four days later (nails done on Thursday, chipped on Monday). I am so unsatisfied with the terrible service and terrible quality of the manicure and pedicure. Never ever going back here again. read more

Not happy!! Went there due to the great reviews online but I left with an $80 price tag for a mani/ pedi. I felt rushed, the nail tech tried to change my choice in nail polish and tried to used an old worn out pumice stone on me. When I requested a new once she spoke in language and went to the closet to get a new disposable scrubber but I could tell she was not happy. She was angered when I told her I did not want to use her cuticle cutter due to it being laid on the side ( not from a sterile packet). Overall salon with aspects of a high end, but using old tools, non sterile equipment, means high potential for infection. Not worth it!!!! read more

I got my nails filled and they looked horrible when I left the salon. The fill was uneven and very thick in certain places. I didn't have the time to have them redone but they should have been. The man burned me several times with the dremal (sp). My nails broke, 4 of them, while he was removing the old fill and I pride myself on not having the fake nails. I asked that they remove the old nail covering and start from scratch and they did...what a mistake. Find another salon, you are wasting money, time and your nail beds. read more

VERY clean! I am a stickler for sanitation, and they were excellent. Calming colors and simple, tasteful artwork on the walls. A pleasant, welcoming overall feeling to the place. By the time she was done with my nails, I knew I would be back! Pleasant conversation and the clients who came in that were regulars were greeted by name. The owner and employees obviously care a lot about their business and making customers happy. I've been here before and have had good enough experiences. I come back because of the convenience and no wait time. Today was not one of times. I felt as if my business was not wanted and other customers were valued more. I walked in not one employee greeted me, instead they were talking amongst themselves about me. The technician was not friendly and was rude to me twice when I asked about the water temperature for my pedicure. The first time I said the water was not hot cold water was filling the tub she said "the hot water is on give it time" in a very short tone, the water shut off shortly after that I said excuse me Miss the water shut off she replied "could you just give me second" as rude as she could be. I politely got up and left, no one stopped me or tried to help I know where I'm not wanted. My money and was just as good as anyone else's. I had a pedicure about two and half weeks ago. I now have an infection on my large toe. The woman who cut my nails was very rushed and then allowed her teenage daughter to complete the pedicure. Within two days I had to remove the polish on my large toe because of the infection. I would never recommend this salon. read more
