I keep going back hoping my experience will be better. I was the second person to walk in after the salon opened. The employee took the other customer and started preparing her pedicure. Then motioned me to sit in a chair across. The owner who was also there continued to empty boxes and talked about her daughter who was home from CA so she was planning on spending time with her. I sat in the chair with no water in the basin for 15 minutes and then the owner came and filled the basin which was too hot so she had to add more cold water. I then sat with my feet soaking the entire time the other customer got their pedicure. Then the same customer went and sat to have a manicure. I am still waiting for my pedicure. The owner still pushing boxes around. A second employee came and after getting herself situated she came over and started my pedicure. The owner could have easily had done my pedicure since she did not have a client and the fact that the other customer was done with her pedicure and moving onto to the manicure. Several times during my pedi I winced from pain. I showed the girl what I was looking for as far as polish. I wanted the nail to be sparkle red with just the thinnest crescent of gold along the cuticle line. She said it would not look good. I have gotten this done every year for Xmas in California and the salon I go to does a fantastic job. Professional nails could not do it. Not only were parts of my nails still showing on the sides, she did half red half gold and parts of the red polish show through the gold. It's uneven, looks worse than if I did it myself. I just can go back it's that bad. Also a customer came in while I was almost done and told the owner she was a bit early. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and were seated quickly at first, but then left soaking our feet for so long that the water turned freezing cold. While my daughter's technician did a decent job, it took an extremely long time for mine to even come over. Once she finally started, she kept leaving repeatedly, which made the whole experience feel very disorganized and drawn out. When she did work on my feet, she scrubbed so aggressively that it was actually painful. To make matters worse, the towels they used were cold as well. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing pedicure. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the sloppiest and most hideous looking gel pedicure ever. I specified please do short and they are not only still above the skin but at least three are slanted. As if it wasn't already annoying enough, I go back to try and fix at least the length and slanted ones and the girl that did them literally started arguing with me in a rude manner. Never come here.... my friend and I made an appointment earlier this morning for 3. We got there around 3:10 and preceded to wait an hour before we decided we needed to leave. At around 3:40 we were finally given attention and she put foils with nail polish remover on my hands to remove the gel. However, we were still unacknowledged for 30 minutes after until my friend stated we had to leave and requested for the foils to be removed. The employee then spent 2 minutes take the gel off and then stated I now have to pay 10 dollars. I am infuriated that I paid for a service where my nail polish was hastily removed (in the matter of an hour being there), which is in fact not stated in the price menu. When I stated I didn't know it had to be paid for she raised her voice at me and as soon as I got in the car I started crying. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. read more

I have been several times and the staff are always welcoming! I have had Kim the last couple times for a manicure and she is FANTASTIC! I keep my nails short and they have a tendency to break as they get longer so I finally went with an acrylic set. I was nervous about them feeling "heavy" and that's not the case at all! I have never been treated so disrespectfully ever before like I was today. they were rushing to get us out and my nail technician did an absolute horrible job on my nails and tried to blame me. The only good thing about their service was that they were clean and fast. I went in to get my Gel-X extensions taken off and a regular mani. The lady that did my nails paused in the middle of the service and made me pay before we were finished and I can't help but feel that it was because she thought I didn't have enough money to pay for the whole service (I'm Native American for context). Also, in the moment I couldn't really tell what she was doing when she was filing and buffing my nails, but now I see that there are tons of hang nails and one nail that she seems to have cut into halfway and just painted over creating a totally crooked nail once I clipped it off fully. My nail tech did a good job and checked in with me periodically for shape, length, etc. But, I was a bit confused because, when I asked if she could do a design on my full set, she abruptly said 'no', even though the other person I came with was getting the design she asked for. Perhaps there was a simple miscommunication. My full set was $60. According to the pricing sign on the wall (I included a picture), my full set should have been $50 max, not including a tip, because I had a gel full set. I'm really not sure why I was charged $10 more than what the sign states, but I guess that is on me for not saying anything. The employees (particularly the woman who I assume is the owner) are quick and friendly and the salon looks well-kept. I don't normally get manicures or pedicures, but I took my fiancée and her mother to get them last week as a treat. I had made an appointment the day before we went and I was a bit surprised that they only had two technicians available for three people, so my fiancée's mother had to wait until the third technician finished someone else's manicure. The pedicure itself was quite good. The girl I had did a great job scrubbing my legs and removing my calluses. Unfortunately, the massage was very brief for both the feet and hands, which was disappointing. But I must say, my feet felt so much softer after and my nails looked great with the clear polish. The manicure was pretty brief, as again she barely massaged my hands. The technician did do a good job clipping and buffing my nails and they also looked great with the clear polish. They don't have nail dryers so we had to air dry them, which was too bad as it was time consuming. By the time my fiancée and I were done, her mother was just finishing up her pedicure, which sucked because we had to wait there while she got her manicure. The staff themselves were super nice and professional and the end results were great! Again, I don't normally get mani/pedi's but my fiancée and her mom are from NYC and they use to get them a lot and they were disappointed with what they got for the price. I went i today 7/9/2021 to get a full set put on. I saw the male nail technician ( first table as you walk in the door , I don't recall his name.) His work was sloppy. He filed my nails after he put on the gel polish and rhinestones. They were left rough/ jagged and uneven. Filing them took the polish off the sides and the top leaving them looking unfinished. My nails themselves were uneven ( length did not match when you compare hands). When I pointed out his mistake he was rude and said that they looked fine. Me and my family were visiting NY to see family and decided to go get our nails done and spend the day together. I got a full set of acrylic, and my aunt got a gel manicure. They ended up drawling blood on three of my nails and didn't even bother cleaning up afterwards, also leaving both of our nails hurting for a long time. Also my aunt having to wait for more than our. Something I really appreciate is how they handled being open during COVID. I was able to get an appointment at exactly the time I wanted, and did not have to wait upon arrival. Since it's December, the salon is decorated very festively for the holidays. Since it's December, I also appreciated the mini heater at each station - cozy! My technician was very friendly and helped me pick a Christmasy color. He was also very fast. I was able to get a gel manicure and back to work in less than an hour. The tools were in a sanitized package, and an fresh nail file was used on me that I took home. The price of a gel manicure was reasonable - $25. The tip needs to be cash, but they have an ATM on site. After many appointments which weren't that great (different nail tech every appointment, warped nails, rushed service, bubbles in my polish) today I have reached the point of no return to this salon. Waited 1/2 hour after my said appointment before asking if I should have made a later appointment? Was ignored the whole time sitting there. They asked if I could make another appointment and come back tomorrow. After my waisted drive there and the wasted time sitting there no way!! I will give my business to someone else. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in last week for a fill and instead of filling my acrylics the guy drilled my acrylics off and just painted gel on top. He told me to try it and if I didn't like it I could come back and he'd fix them for free. Tried this place in my search to find the perfect pedicure salon. I was surprised to find that on a Tuesday afternoon (around 2pm), this salon was jam packed. However, it only took my sister and I around 10 minutes to be sat at a chair (we had an appointment). I thought that was pretty good. I soon realized that we were sat so quickly because they were rushing through people. I get pedicures regularly (atleast once every two/three weeks) because I work at a shoe store where we wear sandals in the summertime. My calluses/dried skin, from only about two weeks, were not even close to taken care of. There was nail polish left on my toes and I stopped the woman twice from cutting my nails when I told her I only wanted a file. I'm not impressed. read more

Never get dip powder gel there. The gentleman had seal all over my hands and three hours after I got it down my hands were in so much pain. I couldn't touch something without it hurting. Two days after I got them down two nails were completely cracked down the middle and I could see three others cracking under the seal. Since I paid $35 (which you can go to Cinderella's Nails and Spa and get a much better job for the same price) I wanted my money back because they did a horrible job. When I went in the staff and manager were all extremely rude. They wouldn't give me my money back but let me get regular gel for free (10 dollars less than what I paid for). The whole time the lady who was doing my nails, who happens to be the manager, was complaining to everyone how she was "suck at work" and couldn't go to happy hour. On a whim, we stopped in to see if they could do 4 pedicures. They welcomed me, my daughter and two step daughters. They were so friendly and kind and made us feel so comfortable and at home. We got to sit in the comfy massage chairs while our nails dried. The girls all got nail art on their toes and we had a wonderful time. The first time I went in, the lady messed up my nails so many times another lady had to finish -- although I will say they were both very nice. Then my gel nails started to chip that very same day. Went in two days later to get it removed since I ended up hating it, and got cut and yelled at by the male staff for asking him to not cut my cuticles since I had JUST been there and I hate getting my cuticles cut.
