Yesterday I took my little sister out for a shopping day. We walked into the nail salon and they told us both to pick a color. I decided I am going to do white and pink ombre. She starts filing down my nails. I asked her can you please cut my nails down a little bit. The women starts complaining saying omg you should have said that in the beginning now I have to shape them again. I said usually the nail techs ask shape, if you want them cut. She was speechless. My nails look horrific. My nails do not look anything like the inspo photo. I paid $165 for both nails. The amount of money I spent you'd think the nail tech would actually do their job!!! So now I have the ugliest nails and lost $165. read more

The pedicure was alright. I am upset at the poor quality full set I received. I also was charged an extra $10 for length, ok .... My right middle finger broke 2 days after service. Had a pedicure and had asked for a chair massage when booking the reservation. No one seemed to communicate that info as I had to mention it a few times to actually have it happen. It was an awkward chair massage as I don't think the gentleman had much idea how to manage it. My toes were painted pretty sloppily. Pretty disappointed. read more

Appt for pedicure, she barely spoke, finished my feet in 20 minutes and the water was cold! Also they repeatedly leave you to check in incoming patrons when they should have one sitting there for that. Pricing was ok, but they need more attentive staff especially for being in a busy mall. read more

My nails look decent, just wish I didn't get a side of sass with them. Went to Cinderella nails for the third time and was sat down with this nail tech named Ally. (First 2 was with Lucas which he is great & well mannered). Ally would pull my hands & tell me to move faster with putting them in UV light. I was just trying to not scratch the paint on the table when I pull them back up. I point out to her smudges in the paint & she redoes them with an attitude. Then when done, tell me "go wash" like a drill Sargent AND forget to put cuticle oil on after the manicure. Lucas never was rude like Ally. All in all, I was VERY uncomfortable with this experience which is sad because I love getting my nails done. I won't be returning. read more

The location was clean. But yet again the pedicure itself was subpar. I have a funny callous on my baby toe caused by how it sits in my shoes. I got a deluxe pedicure but left with the callous. This is even after I told her about it. Sigh. read more

I went and got my nails done and they used some acrylic gel I have never seen before and they make you put it under a black light to cement it to the nails and my nails were burning. She also missed a quarter of my nails and didn't line them up to the bottom of my nails so they look grown out. 0/10 would never recommend read more

Very gentle on my hand did a design that he said was never done before and it turned out amazing I've never seen a good nail salon like that because every nail salon I go to. It's either like really bad or it's just dirty. The music in there is very nice and they have TVs where you can watch TV so it's kind of cool. I would definitely recommend coming here and probably go again, I'm gonna come again because of the services they're services they're very nice and respectful and massage your hands nicely read more

Don't waste your time or money. Under new ownership and not the same service anymore. Just awful. Made me wait almost 2 hours for an appointment and the place was empty. Will be doing my own nails from now on. Really? $60 for this? The nails don't even match! Upcharge for the chrome finish and she kept filing to remove and redoing it. My daughters and I went on Saturday 9.23.23 for maicures and pedicures. It was a special treat - we had a wedding to attend to in the afternoon. The siervice was mediocre at best. The girl at the front desk had no idea what was going on and was a bit rude. The parraffin wax was scalding - It is now Wednesday 9.27.23 and all 3 of us will be taking out polish off today because our nails have all chipped. I visited there on an extremely slow Monday afternoon. There was one other person getting their pedicure. Compared to other places, it wasn't friendly. Two techs were sitting there on their phones. My pedicure was okay but my tech had to fix one toenail which seemed to be an irritation to them. He brought me over to the manicure chair and I mentioned that I preferred to soak my nail polish off and not have them use a sander. My tech did not understand what I was saying and the female tech next to him jumped into our conversation and said it's not going to hurt you. This is how it's done. I allowed my tech to use it and the other tech said, does it hurt? I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. Then my tech left the spa without saying a word and I waited for his return. It wasn't long but it was rude. The manicure was okay but I just wanted it over so I could leave. Perhaps your experience will be better but I won't go back. In addition, a mom brought her two little girls in for manicures and one of them got the female tech who I thought was rude to the little girl. read more
