I'm really happy with my decision to attend LearningFuze. I'm based in Seattle and like many…read moreothers, I chose LearningFuze because it had consistently the best ratings across all boot camps. I was in the program from January to April 2020, so everyone was remote and I did not feel left out for being in a different state at all. Cody and Tim Davis were my main instructors and they were fantastic! Really kind and helpful, but at the same time, they provided realistic expectations as to what it's like to be a new developer. I thought the curriculum was well-curated and pretty easy to follow. After graduating, TJ and Cass were extremely supportive and always available, which was helpful for me in securing a job after the program. I read a review that mentioned racism towards Asian females - I just want to mention that in my personal experience, I did not feel any sort of racism towards me (and I am an Asian female). If you are a female, I highly encourage you to apply for a Women in Tech scholarship (if there is one available) because that can really bring down your tuition! One thing to keep in mind is that attending LearningFuze or (any other boot camp) does not guarantee that you will get a job after completion. I have seen many students graduate from the program and then lose motivation and stop coding permanently. The staff at LearningFuze can only do so much to help you and support you with your job search - you have to have the determination to continue practicing and be able to go through the interview process on your own. But if you are willing to take on the challenge of transitioning to a new career as a developer, LearningFuze is the best choice out there!

After researching 10+ bootcamps and much deliberation, I decided to apply for LearningFuze. After passing the technical assessment, I was accepted into the program. Please keep in mind: you will only get back what you put into the program. You'll be pushed and stretched beyond your limits. Get used to being uncomfortable and feeling lost, because that's the only constant you'll have during the 14 weeks of this program. It's not going to be easy, and you may doubt yourself throughout the whole program, but trust the process. The instructors have your best interests at heart and really want you to succeed. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible, study your flash cards, and really take the time to understand your JavaScript fundamentals. LearningFuze also has a great alumni and employer network, and they really go out of their way to help you prepare to find employment after graduating. TL;DR - You only get as much as you put into the program. They have great instructors and career services. Also, make sure to do some self studying of HTML/CSS/JavaScript prior to the program, so it's easier to pick up the concepts.

I graduated with a background in business and by taking the Dev Masters course was able to quickly learn what I wanted to about data science. While the program offers a lot of office hours to take advantage of most of the work to go beyond simple understanding must be done on your own outside of the classroom. The teachers are very good at explaining the overall concepts and helping with specific problems, but just sitting through the classes will not get you enough experience to really learn the subject. The classes themselves are taught very well and supplemented with a lot of hands on learning experiences. You can even tailor your hands on projects to what you specifically want to learn. I would recommend this course to anyone whose primary goal is to learn how they can leverage data science in their respective field. The only downside to consider is that due to the rigorous nature of the material and amount of information that is possible to learn most of the work done to be successful must be done on your own or with some assistance with specific questions during office hours

I design flyers for internal communications and internal events Day 1 & Day 2 of Illustrator: The instructor was new, felt as if he had more Photoshop experience and kept referencing to how he's better at Photoshop. Felt all over the place with his teaching style, didn't know where to start and assumed we knew everything. Felt unprofessional and couldn't follow along Day 2 of Photoshop in September: I took a Day 2 class (skipped day one due to school) with one teacher and loved his teaching style! He was professional and had projects ready for us, helped students alike. I wish I got his name but he was an older gentleman, and I really liked his style! Day 1 of Photoshop in November: This instructor, although not her fault, started forty minutes late because the Photoshop programs weren't working. IT support didn't really help out, and I had to share a computer until they got the other one running. Also her teaching style was all over the place and we were all confused. Reservations: My manager and I had no problem registering for Illustrator. But for Photoshop class, my manager was told they accidentally booked someone else in place of her because my manager had to postpone. So I went by myself... Mistakes happen but we paid a lot for these classes! I would not recommend this facility, it may be the cheapest program around Orange County but there's a reason why. It's a hit or miss with the instructor so hopefully you get lucky!

I received my ATT (approval to test) within one week from my last day. I had the option to test immediately but I had applied to test with accommodations so with limited centers for accommodations I tested 1 month out in August and passed the first time. I worked closely with our Careers Center and the director Dr. Willinger to create an amazing resume right after receiving my license, began applying to jobs immediately and received an invitation to interview within one week for DaVita. Two weeks later I received an invitation to interview for an ER position close to home which was my first choice to build a strong foundation as a new nurse. I know there are a lot of negative comments about this school on here. I have heard and watched a lot of sad and crazy experiences that my friends and other peers endure with staff and faculty throughout my 3.5 years there. I have experienced questionable professors and staff who are obviously there for the paycheck. On the other end, I have met 2x as many INCREDIBLE staff and faculty throughout my time at Stanbridge. People need to understand that this is still a relatively new program and it's still working through a lot of adjustments both within the programs itself, how they handle students, and how they handle staff. But with being new comes an advantage to incoming students because with the help of the right people and resources, there is flexibility and grace that comes with a class or a term that possibly end in a fluke (I.e. bad professors, missing classes due to extreme circumstances, etc.). I understand this is not everyone's experience, but I HAVE seen multiple times where the school does work with students to properly evaluate their knowledge of a subject a second time if there is overwhelming evidence showing it was not properly done the first time. It also is dependent on how an issue is communicated as well. Any nursing program out there is hard and rigorous. Stanbridge is not unique to this. I can confidently say that I went in to the NCLEX feeling so prepared because of how this school preps you. If you follow testing strategies and work closely with the coaches at the end of the program YOU. WILL. PASS. From Term 1 Stanbridge works with students not just on building testing stamina but building testing stamina while sleep deprived. It's not officially an actual thing. They always told us to be well rested and to eat before but, the reality of any nursing program is adequate sleep is simply not possible. You just have to get through each term and pass. Keep moving even if you have a set back, do your best to not stop. I have no idea how many times I thought to myself that I will more than likely not remember anything after the program and I questioned if I really actually learned anything. I have been an ER nurse for almost 7 months now. Every moment of feeling competent, confident, and proud to be a nurse I owe to Stanbridge. While most of my peers in my new grad program have forgotten a lot of basics and high priorities, I am one of the few who still remembers and I am so thankful. I had zero medical background coming into the program. My science gpa at a 3.5 was not competitive enough for CCs, UCs, or CSUs to see me as a priority candidate for their RN program. Stanbridge was the first school to take a chance on me and invest in me. Before Stanbridge I was never the student who was picked for scholarships, awards, or special internships. The last 2 years at Stanbridge I received scholarships every term, was selected for Student Hospital Fellowship, received the Presidential Service Award, and ended the program with the Thomas Fuentes Service Award. This was all because ONE staff member encouraged me to apply each time an opportunity was sent out. The Stanbridge experience is truly what YOU choose to make it. I have met some amazing people with incredible hearts at this school. I loved that I don't need to hike or walk a mile to get to class. I loved that I only needed to be on the ground once or twice a week. Nursing school was THE hardest thing I have ever done. I gave up my entire life for 3 years just to eat, live, breathe, and sleep nursing. You can ensure your success in this program if you want this more than anything else. There will be times where you have to pick school over your family and it sucks. But being on the other side now, it is SO worth it and now I have the rest of my life. My husband is currently in the program now and is in term 4 at the OC campus. He hasn't been in school full time in over 10 years and he is doing amazing. I'm proud to be a nurse and I'm proud to be a Stanbridge Alum. The cost for tuition is pretty steep. If you have a good tribe behind you and can afford to not work during the program, I highly recommend it!

The course and labs were hands-on, the instructors were clear, and the program prepared me well for the NCLEX. I stayed organized, used support when I needed it, and never felt like I was struggling to get answers or keep things on track. For what I needed at that time, the part-time program allowed me to move forward into nursing, it worked.

There were some details that turned me away, but it's too petty and ridiculous to post here at the moment. They had openings the very next month, but since classes only have 8-9 students, it's hard to believe that it wasn't full already. Although the classrooms looked cool, and I enjoyed the tour, there was this feeling like they were only after students' money and not their well-being. I guess I would have preferred speaking with one of the teachers, and not a counselor/advisor that doesn't quite have the expertise in the field. They have the limited X-ray license program for a year with morning/evening options. I forget the pricing, but I was told that many students choose this private schooling because of the community college waiting lists. Also, the presentation was extremely short and felt like it was cut short. Regardless, I would personally rather go through public education somewhere like Cypress, Mt. SAC, El Camino, LACC, etc.

Therefore, terrible instructions, most of what was covered was not on the exam, they provided no strategy for passing. I did get better instruction elsewhere, so for my aspiring engineers I cannot recommend this place for PE instructions.
