The tech showed up on time with all the appropriate tools. He was very respectful and friendly. You could tell that he had a ton of experience with various potential hiccups that come up with this type of job and made some really good recommendations about placement etc. He was in and out in about 30 min and everything looks and works amazing. If you need a large TV (or 2) hung the right way, don't want to worry about them falling, damaging your walls, or you are like me and value having someone do something in 30 min that would have taken me all day, several f-bombs and potentially a divorce, definitely call Tech Next Door. All the things we wanted but planed on having to find a good carpenter, painter, and electrician. The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.
