Prodigy sent over Ryan B. and he demonstrated that I was dealing with a whole other level of pro. His depth of knowledge, understanding, and willingness to lend a perspective on where I should focus my investment and where I can perhaps save was very helpful. Ryan gave me three bids - high, medium, and low- and explained the pors and cons to each. This is why I went with Prodigy. They were not the cheapest but demonstrated they have a sustainable business too support the technology, service to deliver professionally, and support to give me piece of mind that my investment will be maintained. I want whomever sold to support it and Prodigy feels like they will be around for awhile should I have problems in the future. I highly recommend Prodigy.

When I had Mark over for his free quote, it was immediately evident he knew his stuff. If you do your research, you'll find he's done giant home theatre installs, commercial work for restaurants and corporations and the regular TV/wire concealment jobs for residents. He was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional as he walked me through the effort and materials required and the pros and cons of different methods of installation. Mark is the kind of guy who measures twice and cuts once. When I hired Mark, I wasn't sure how exactly I should place the TV's, what the right height was or where on the wall the TV's should sit. Mark helped walk me through different options and recommend optimal placement for both viewing and aesthetic value. He measured and placed the TV's perfectly centered on the walls and completely level (I even double checked with my own leveler). There really wasn't more I could ask for from Mark and his service. (March-Sept 2025; they had already paid for 2.5 years) They acted as if this was helping us both out. Then Trent would tell me we will be there on a day at a certain time without asking me first. I had to tell him 3 times that didn't work for me and he couldn't just tell me when he was coming. Once they showed up unscheduled at 7:45am and he texted me that the tech was here. I was leaving for work. 3 other times a tech, Zach, was supposed to come and didn't show up. The front door sensor was broken so it was silently setting the alarm off which wasn't even armed so the police came and multiple times we had to call them off from coming. Jim Anderson, the owner reached out to inform me that if I didn't pay, even though we never had service or even set the alarm, he would be turning me over to his attorney. I explained the situation and even sent him texts proving all this. He said they didn't do anything wrong and asked if we could reset. He didn't care about us or that we were told lies, misinformed, or were trying to help the previous owner not be penalized even though they moved 6 hours away! He has told me I'm not honorable, I'm not following through, and that I will be paying his attorney's fees and costs. Buyer beware!!
