I wish I could give them a negative number of stars!…read more These are the most egotistical, inane, rude, obnoxious (etc., etc.) group of sales/service personnel I have ever come across. First, they went over budget by $3,000 (oops, they forgot sales tax). Then, whenever something went wrong it took them days and sometimes weeks to even respond to my requests even though I had a service contract with them. They repeatedly put in additional expensive equipment that was unnecessary and didn't work as stated and then blamed my "house" for the problems. They refused to upgrade my Control4 system while I was still under a service contract, so I switched service pros. It turns out that some of the equipment was "crap" and so much of the system was incorrectly programmed. NEVER use this company unless you have money to burn and don't want to get what you overpaid for!
