I finally got my car back! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jr was very communicative when he took over our claim, didnt initially start off with him.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I dropped off my car on 3/26 Got a call on 3/30 informing me that there was more damage than what was visible and that the quote was adjusted to meet the new repairs. But my car would take longer to repair. Initial return date was 4/10 and this new quote would push it out much further to 4/17!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jr called to introduce himself, he reiterated the new quote and length of time. I started receiving messages updating me with the process once he took over.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And bam today, 4/08, I got a call, letting me know my car was READY!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointing experience dealing with Pro Color Collision.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I own HRZ Wheel Repair, and we provided wheel repair services for them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After the work was completed, we never received any call or message saying there was an issue or that a repair was needed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Later, when I went to collect payment for the completed work, they refused to pay the invoice and claimed there was a problem. If there had been any issue, the professional thing to do would have been to call us so we could come back and fix it. That never happened. Instead, they chose not to communicate and are now refusing to pay for the service that was already performed. That's not how professional businesses should treat their vendors. Very unprofessional way to handle business. read more

Now I am literally sitting in the lobby waiting for the car to be ready, because there was an issue, and the car isn't washed either, and they close in an hour. Did anyone bother notifying me? No. Ridiculous! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front office is nice, but the tech and everyone else could use improvement in their training and communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't believe Geico recommended this horrible shop. read more

The worst auto shop I've ever dealt with. Where do I even begin? When I picked up my car the first time, they told me I could leave my rental car in their parking lot and that they would contact Enterprise to have it picked up. Three days later, I was hit with an additional $300 charge because they never called Enterprise. The rental car was still sitting in their lot three days later. Then, after picking up my car on Friday, the battery -- which was brand new -- died the following Monday. I had it fully charged at Honda, only for it to die again that Thursday. It turns out the shop had replaced my headlight with a defective aftermarket light that was draining the battery. After they replaced the faulty headlight, I asked if they could test the battery to make sure it hadn't been damaged from being repeatedly drained. They refused and claimed they didn't have anything to check battery voltage. What kind of auto shop doesn't have the equipment to test a battery? Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience with poor communication, lack of accountability, and questionable workmanship. I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

All questions / concerns were provided with full details. Nothing left out or last minute as far as info being passed along. This place immediately without hesitation looks at every possible option for your vehicle. My Mustang was hit hard from behind automatically a total loss, and as soon as I pulled in the staff were attentive and very approachable. Patty who worked at the front desk, guides you with every step of the process and If she wasn't available, one of the other receptionist would jump to assist. AVOID*************************************************** 6/01/2022 - Dropped off my Range Rover Sport Autobiography. Someone keyed the driver side panels and I needed the wrap replaced and the paint underneath repaired as well. I decided to try CCLA because they were conveniently located near my office. 8/09//2022 - Frustrated, I text CCLA and request and update since they never provide one and the person who responded gave me a number to the employee who wraps vehicles so I can call them myself and ask (see text attached). 8/18/2022 - Finally picked up my Range after 78 days! Claims adjuster estimated only 11 days needed to repair. CCLA's excuse for the extreme delay was that my insurance wouldn't approve the repairs. Fact is the repairs for $8655.06 were approved 7/06/2022. The real reason appears to be their inability to properly manage workflow and communicate with their customers. Other details: They forgot to re-attach the "Range Rover" lettering and decals on the rear side of my vehicle. CCLA claimed my insurance didn't pay for the lettering. Again, not a factual statement in an attempt to cover their incompetency. Bill L., assured me he would order the decals for me - well I got tired of waiting and ordered them myself. They forgot to re-install rubber door trim on the passenger rear door. My Range Rover is equipped with 5 surround cameras, one of them doesn't work anymore. It worked fine before... All the doors now squeak from the amateurish attempt of re-attaching the rubber trim by CCLA. See pics attached. CCLA if you read this, do the right thing. You have my number.
