I have done several oil changes here, they have replaced my radiator a few times, they also did some work because my vehicle was leaking fluids. I recently took it to get some major work done on it, my throttle body was going bad. And let me tell you the experience was not pleasurable. I was quoted three days which turned into three weeks. The communication was horrifying. I only got two phone calls from them and that was to upsell me more Mechanic work. They didn't even finish doing the first job that they had and they were already trying to sell me two other jobs which I politely declined. After that, I did not receive any phone calls to give me any kind of updates on my vehicle, which was very upsetting to me. I was the one calling them to get a status on my vehicle and then they would tell me that they will call me and never call me back. The day that I got my vehicle back, with when I went over there and threatened to file a report on them, and somehow my car was ready that afternoon. I also didn't notice until a couple days later that my windshield was cracked split in the middle. My windshield has never had any type of cracks or defects on it. I didn't even bother going back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN, I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE ELSE HERE. I also think that charging me $2100 to "repair" my vehicle was outrageous.

I came here because it was the closest place to my house so I can just walk home if it would take…read morethem hours to fix, like I've seen from other auto repair reviews. Although there weren't many reviews for this place, I figured I'd go and get a quote and determine if it was reasonable. When I walked up, Victor was working on a car. I told him the AC problem on my truck. He asked me a few questions about my truck and the AC then said he would inspect it for about $28, which is very good compared to other auto repair places I've seen on Yelp. After he inspected it, he told me there were 2 issues, one which could have costed me hundreds to fix and the other was it having low freon and needing a recharge. For the first issue (a broken flap blocking airflow between the dashboard & engine compartment) he gave me a simple alternate solution that would avoid having to buy and install costly parts, he would just tie the flap up to allow for strong AC airflow and it would be considered part of the recharge cost. I said yes!!! I'm glad he was very honest and didn't try to upsell me. The total cost was about $120, much better than I've seen from other shops and a very fair deal. He gave me a cool start to my summer. I'm definitely coming back here again!

Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet!
