When I met him at the house, he was very professional, and went above and beyond while looking at potential issues. The basement had water issues which surprised both of us given it being relatively new construction, so Vince went out of his way to look for what the cause was, and found that it may have been a very simple fix (moving something that caused the sump pump to become stuck and not turn on) and helped me out with that. He also helped my figure out the best place to put a home radon test. He also pointed out positive things throughout the inspection, and I was impressed by the level of detail he showed. When the inspection was over, he had the report to me within an hour. I realize he likely can't usually do that because of a busy schedule, so I really appreciated it.
