I had removed the wet padding under the carpet and draped the carpet over some chairs to dry with some fans. They suggested I could set the carpet down to regain its shape. They stopped by to check things out and sprayed everything with a natural fungicide, etc. when they gave me the estimate. They returned a couple days later, replaced the padding, stretched and cleaned the carpet so it looks like new. They also cleaned the basement steps and the portion of carpet on the main floor that they had walked on. They were a pleasure to work with, didn't try to upsell me on anything, did the job they said they would do, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The water ruined carpeting, and leaked down into the first floor dining room ceiling and beyond. Floors had to be dried, furniture moved, carpet and ceiling replaced, and ceiling and walls repainted. The entire Paul Davis team was wonderful. From remediation, reconstruction, and back to normal, they all did great work! I was very impressed and pleased. I have expensive dining room furniture that I was particularly concerned about. It, as well as bedroom furniture, had to be carefully moved to different rooms. I can be quite particular, but each guy was careful and attentive to my concerns and listened well to my apprehension regarding packing fragile china, moving the heavy dining furniture, being careful not to scratch it, rehanging a heavy mirror, etc. Thanks to Mike, Ryan, Carter, and Kyle. I was also worried about seams showing when the new ceiling drywall was installed, but Justin did an expert job installing and painting it and the walls. It looks great! George, who removed the old carpet and laid the new, also did beautiful work. In addition, they were pleasant, respectful and nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them! Thanks to a great team: Jeff S. (remediation), Mike LaMore (project supervisor & reconstruction estimator), Justin (drywall and painting), George (carpet), Carter, Ryan and Kyle. Thanks! - Liza

He calmly dealt with us and the insurance adjusters. He created, revised, and re-revised the comprehensive estimates with patience and professionalism until we finally had approval to begin construction. Once the construction began, every contractor sent by ICM was as skilled and professional as one could ask for. We needed new hardwood flooring and carpeting. The work was great. We needed plumbing and carpentry work. It was all very well done. There was a considerable amount of painting and some drywall work - we are extremely pleased with all of it. These men were reliable, courteous, hard-working, and most of all - COMPETENT. Whenever any issue arose - as one must expect with a big reconstruction job such as ours - we were kept informed of the issue and the resolution. All good outcomes! We are very satisfied with Don Baumer, his company, and the talented contractors that he sent to our home. Thank you ICM.
