They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. My oven began smoking after the cleaning, takes an extremely long time to preheat, and now there is a gas leak. It has become unsafe to use and is now completely broken. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take responsibility for the damage and poor service and make this situation right.

The cleanings were okay, not great, but it was awkward to have them come out and redo things as I had to lead these nice people around and show them what they missed or did poorly. So, I usually just cleaned what they missed after they left. I did communicate with the manager via email multiple times over that year so that she would know, and presumably address, things that were poorly done. When our year contract expired we were mailed a letter that increased our weekly cleaning cost by 50% effective immediately. I thought this was rather unprofessional, as most places, from the beauty parlor to the propane company, give you more than four days notice of a price increase, especially such a significant one. I emailed that we were canceling our cleaning and thanking them for their work. They did not respond, but they also didn't show up Tuesday morning so I know they received my message. This lack of any response to my polite email determined that we will not be calling them to clean in the future.

I travel for work M-Th and it has been a huge relief to know that my home is in good, safe hands and that I can pick up the phone and ask for help at anytime (seriously, with anything - cleaning, dry cleaning, dog walking, bill pay, grocery shopping). My "partner" comes over every Thursday and cleans between 2-4 hours and helps take care of my pup and occasionally will do a grocery pick up. It is $36 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours - but no monthly/weekly minimum, so you could do once a month, every other week, once a quarter. For scope, they can do our living room, bathroom, and kitchen in two hours and in three hours she can do the bedrooms (including washing/changing sheets) and brush the dog. The owner is Kristin, came over to meet me and walk through the apartment with me before we started and she's come with my housekeeper a few times to check in and make sure she's being as efficient as possible with her time. She's always quick to respond to email or phone calls and has really gone above and beyond in all of my interactions with her.
