Dustin called me back and was able to schedule me in for the morning. Dustin was prompt, on time, and worked fast to troubleshoot the issue. The system was low on Freon so that's where we started. After filling up the system the A/C seemed to blow a little colder, but not much. Dustin was off to another appointment and wanted me to keep him updated once the system ran for a little while. The A/C wasn't getting any better so i made another call to Dustin who was able to come back the same day after his last appointment and take a look. Dustin worked very late into the day (on a weekend) and ultimately found that the A/C condenser in the furnace was completely blocked by lint and dirt, 100% blocked and not letting any air through. After cleaning it up, the A/C system is running better than it ever has. Ice cold A/C, keep the house at 75 in 95 degree heat, and the air is flowing strong out of the vents. Thank you Dustin! Not only is his service top notch, he couldnt be a nicer guy to talk to. He was very friendly and has a huge pride of ownership in his business, which is hard to find. Dustin and Absolute Comfort will be the ONLY call I ever make for all my HVAC needs.
