Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

He did everything he could to find something that worked with my specifications, touching base with me every few days, even offering to go over and bring a vehicle from another dealership in the Bay Area, or offering to come to me with a possible vehicle at his dealership to test drive, as I live a ways away and did not have a vehicle due to being hit by another driver. I wound up selecting a vehicle with another dealership local to me because of my job, but I had full confidence that, given a little more time, Jose would have matched me with my dream vehicle.
