Very straight forward. I got a brake and rotor replacement, I had bought the parts at AutoZone for $150 first, then called to make an appointment. Mario was available the next morning and it only took an hour. I only had to pay $100 for a very well done job. I also got a bigger part replaced a few months ago and it only took a few hours. I will say his office and the outside aren't too fancy, which will probably make you feel unimpressed. Firstly, those quotes were from two shops that didnt put it on the lift. Their price was with ordering and installing a new fuel filler neck. You must be smoking something...I spoke to you on the spot and complained! You had the nerve to tell me that you had to put it on the lift and diagnose it, then test drive it. Not even 15 minutes! The mechanic had poor customer service. He was rude, I felt like I was bothering him asking for an AC recharge. Also he only excepted cash so I had to walk 2 blocks in a very sketchy neighborhood to get cash out of ATM. In the end he was unfamiliar with my car so I had to go else where. read more

This guy is trying to reply to a review I posted over 18 months ago. You are misrepresenting what happened. I told you exactly what the problem was and that I was passing through town. The vehicle was not leaking fuel from it running...it was leaking when you put fuel in the tank. The hose from the fuel filler neck to the tank was cracked at the end where it clamps to the fuel filler neck. I told you exactly what it was and how to repair it. You gave me this song and dance about how you could get parts faster, if needed. It didn't need a new part. I questioned why you were trying to charge me so much when you did exactly what I said...you unloosened the clamp, slid off the hose and cut off the cracked part of my existing hose. Then slipped it back on and reattached it via the clamp.I gave you the benefit of the doubt at 30 mins...I saw you talking to your guy for at least 15 of those minutes just to make it look like you took some time. We had a very bad experience with this shop. They gave us a bad motor and did even put everything back together correctly. He had no proof or a invoice of where he got my engine from, Our vehicle broke down the third day we got it back. We took it back to him but he just gives us the run around and didn't do anything for us and his warranty is a joke because he still charges u for everything. this place is one example of the reasons why mechanics have a bad rep. went to get my a/c serviced, got charged $50 just for the "diagnostics" which were that my compressor was bad.....good thing i got a second opinion i went else where and found out it was a bad compressor relay & freon talk about a close one they smuggy guy had given me an estimate somewhere between $300-500 would not recommend at all read more
