Heavy set brunette woman ignored us at the window while she finished brushing her hair. Heavy set blonde woman was glued to the phone

Poor to worst customer experience ever these two women basically played rock paper scissors as too whom would take care of us. Then suggested we put newborn baby clothing into the oily truck bed of their tow yard vehicle. mind yoi we were just waiting to be escorted to retrieve items from iur vehicle involved in a accident

We (my mom and 2 young sons) waited about an hour on a Sat evening and Tim arrived. He was there about an hour trying to figure out what to do because although there was a space in my purchased new in 2020 Toyota Sienna THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE! We were 2 hours from home in the middle of nowhere. Only 2 people can ride in tow truck if called- that wouldn't work. I knew no one in the area. Next thing I knew Tim had his OWN spare tire from HIS Toyota SUV and was trying it on my van. It worked!!!! He kindly said he would follow us home and swap back the tires. He would obviously miss 4 hours of work. He said there's no way he was leaving me stranded with my mom and 2 little kids or have me pay for Uber. I can't not believe the level of self sacrifice and kindness to strangers. I had to stop at first exit after leaving when I asked if I could return his tire when I got home/had it repaired. He was someone worried about us but I told him I'd let him know when we got home safely. I called when we arrived home and we chatted a bit. What an incredible person. A million stars for him. Please call him (614-809-9154) if you have ANY roadside service needs. A million stars. He truly saved us tons of time, money, and worries with his heartfelt act of kindness. I am still in awe.

Hound Dog's Towing & Recovery

my car was towed from my private parking lot around a month ago for a "parking pass violation." i…read morecalled their office at 8 in the morning and was met with the loudest most obnoxious music ever before speaking to a woman who told me my pass was not visible at all. when i said, "that doesnt sound right, i have it pinned on my dashboard-" she cut me off and said, "well im looking at your dashboard right now and theres no pass." i didnt fight her on it, thinking that i just didnt notice it had fallen from its place. i was then told "if you dont follow the rules, your car gets towed." and that i would have to pay 175 dollars to get my car back. so, i went to my property manager to get his help to work it out. we went through the pictures the tow driver took to justify my car's removal and in at LEAST two pictures, my pass was perfectly visible. which meant that they knew my pass was on my dash. they looked at it with their own eyes and figured i would just believe them and pay the fine. my property manager told them to have my car back before my second shift (i had already missed my first shift) and got a personal call from the driver. this comedian had the nerve to ask me if i could ce to them and get my car back. the car that they took for no reason and my main method of transportation. i said "well, i could if you didnt take my car." this guy said, "you could uber." ... you could uber. hilarious. get this guy on a stage right now. at the very least, he had my car back before my second shift. now heres the interesting part. a couple days afterwards, i sent them an email asking for compensation for the 8 hours of work i missed because of them. because i live alone and have bills to pay. bills that would be harder to pay, since they technically stole my car. i gave them ten days to respond and that deadline ended weeks ago. i have not received a response, much less an apology. since i do not have the time nor know-how to pursue legal action, i leave this review. the question that still remains is who else is going through this same ordeal. i am fortunate and privileged enough to have the social standing necessary in order for me to combat these crooks but most in my area are not. i wonder how many people are being taken advantage of and how much money this company is making because of it. my suggestion to these guys is to hit some philosophy books regarding morality and to be nicer to people. TLDR: these guys are bullies. they suck and i hate them.
