After the inspection in 2021 the worker advised that there was water underneath the foundation of the home, and I needed a moisture barrier, which he was ready to sell me. Since my home had just been renovated, I called the contractor who returned to my home and inspected it. There was no leakage thus no need for an expensive barrier. He advised he once worked for Serfco and that is a usual ploy to sell you something that is not needed below your home. I paid Serfco for another year 2022 for pest control. However, I contacted another pesticide controller since I was unhappy with Serfco. The second pest control operator installed termite stakes instead of spraying for the pest. Since I no longer needed Serfco for termite control, I called the company for a refund. At first, I was told that I would not receive one, I spoke with a manager about a refund.
