When I called and confronted him over the phone he hung up on me and told my Girlfriend he's not going to sell her tires, despite her car being undriveable. This review is long overdue but I'll never forget how Pro-Tech helped us out years ago. We got in a pretty bad accident and we were thinking of junking the car but our tow truck driver recommended taking it to Pro-Tech to see what Sarkis could do. Its mine, I was here in May of 2017, I was having issues with the idling on my truck. Called in the morning was given a return time of Monday. Sarkis called me back today after his closing time of 2pm to tell me he completed the diagnostic on my truck checked wiring and spark plugs and that my truck was good to go. These people are saints. After an accident, the tow driver took us here when we said another shop told us our car was totaled. The right front wheel was out of whack and there was some significant damage to the front end. Excellent mechanic, the best I've ever been to. Honest, reliable, true to his word and will save you money if possible. I had never had the brake pads replaced on my used car and didn't know if the front of back or both brake pads needed to be replaced. But they were squealing and my car hadn't been braking very well for a long time. Sarkis took the time at the very end of his day to look at them for me and give his honest assessment - the back brake pads were in very dire condition, only 5% left, but the front brake pads were fine with 40% left and were squealing because they were after-market. He wanted me to have a safe car, so made time to do my brake pads the first day I was available to bring my car back. He got them done in exactly the time agreed upon, showed me the old brake pads and the packages the new brake pads came in from the dealer and my car drives much better now.
