At that time, I was informed that a clip had not been properly installed. Unfortunately, even after that correction, the issue persisted. Over the past two years, I have returned multiple times for the same problem, and each visit has resulted in the same explanation regarding a clip. I was hesitant to leave a review because my previous interactions with staff had been positive. However, my most recent visit was very concerning. Upon arrival, Scotty was dismissive and unprofessional. He questioned whether this was the same vehicle that had been serviced and made comments that felt unnecessary. He then suggested that the issue may have been caused by me hitting something underneath the bumper. Had he reviewed the service history, he would have seen that this has been an ongoing issue since the initial repair. I expressed my frustration with having to deal with the same unresolved problem for nearly two years, especially considering the amount that was paid through my insurance for the repair. In response, he stated that he could report to the insurance company that I had caused damage by hitting underneath the vehicle. The mark he referenced was not new and does not explain the recurring issue with the bumper. This interaction was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. While I do not wish to work with Scotty again, I still need my vehicle properly repaired and the issue fully resolved.

The driver was backing up a Ford heavy duty 350 into my car right after I got in from getting gas. I had the color swatch of my car's current color. My "last" for life car..... and so I was very upset and being rear ended my an........ non-observant and distracted individual. We read some good reviews and decided to take our baby hear. Amazing experience! Enterprise rental on site: When we did the drop off, the gentleman that took in our car Manny/Miguel? (My hubby is horrible with names) Was amazing! He saw that we were turning in a premium vehicle and our stature; and was like you're getting a tiny compact car. Call the Insurance adjuster and get you a better vehicle. As we called he actually jumped on the phone and talk to the insurance agent and advise them that we were turning in a premium vehicle and we should get the same in return. And so we did, that was very thoughtful And made the whole transition a lot more comfortable. The repairs: Hector (? Again my hubby is horrible with names) was amazing, called us to tell us the date of completion for the repairs and that he would keep us up-to-date on the progress. He gave us a call every few days to let us know about parts being delivered, the Current status of the repair, and all of the details of the job. It was nice to know what was happening every step of the way. The aftermath: After we picked up the car it was literally spotless clean. I was so shocked to see that the car was super clean on the outside- I think they even waxed it! The mats looked brand new overall it just looked like oh my gosh our baby is back, even our leather seats had gotten a conditioning treatment. It was funny that we actually all remarked to ourselves that we felt that we had an upgrade after riding around in the "premium rental."We actually really missed our car and we're so happy to be in it thanks to the care that was put into it. This time, from an accident that resulted in my front headlight being smashed and bumper/fender needing repair. Steven remembered me and really helped me out! My car is nearing 10 years old so it's not like I wanted brand spanking new parts, just pop out the dents, replace bumper and put in headlight. All the shops I went to wouldn't give me second hand parts making their estimates crazy expensive. Again, Steven gave me exactly what I wanted, no up-sale and the team did a great job piecing everything back together.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
