So I decided to go here one because I bought my car here at Town East Ford and I get my maintenance here so it made sense to get the work done here. Two because my insurance works with them and it is just convenient but I've learn that's not always in your best interest. I'll get into that later. First let me say it took a few days to get an estimate. Then they sent me an estimate of just the price. I had to ask them to send me and itemized statement of what all was going to be repaired and price. Make sure you pay attention to the estimate, what they are going to fix. Some of the parts that were used were aftermarket meaning used. They said since they work with the insurance this is the only choice I had. Once I received my vehicle I was not satisfied. The person I was working with literally told me "nothing was wrong" until I had to get the manager involved. Long story short they did send to a different department for another opinion to check out my complaint. They did ended up making some adjustments and when I got my car back I was somewhat happy, but still not super satisfied. When your insurance gives you the option to choose your own collision center shop around and always go with someone retable. Not just because it's less complicated. Less complicated sometimes means more problems. My dad always say get at least 3 estimate from any service or item your paying for. Read reviews that will tell you a lot about some of these places. I know no one is perfect, but are they going to make it right. Don't leave with your car if your not happy with the work. If your not satisfied with the work say something you have a voice a use it. I will say another convenient thing about this place is Enterprise's is literally next door. If your insurance pays for your rental, but some places provide rentals as a courtesy which now that I think of it they have never asked me so I don't know if they do. Regardless do your homework. Also I'll throw this in if you ever get into an accident always get an attorney. I'll make a review on mine, but if you have any questions you can always in box me about my review, my knowledge on accidents ( that sounds bad but I've been im about 6 accident) so I'm pretty familiar with the process or info on my attorney :)

I caught him one morning right after they closed and he eyeballed the damages to give me a general idea of what he thought it would cost to fix (I side-swiped the back passenger side of my SUV going around a concrete pole in my parking garage). I live right off of Maple Ave in Dallas so I also looked at another nearby body shop before wanting to venture out to Mesquite, but the estimate they gave me was more than 2 times what the owner of Freeway Motor Service had told me!! At that point, Mesquite did not seem quite as far of a drive as before. :) Anyways, my experience with Pro Star Collision was fantastic! I worked with Mary who not only provided me an estimate, but also thoroughly explained what they would be doing to fix it. As a woman, it was really refreshing to feel like I wasn't getting ripped off when dealing with car issues. Their price was a little higher than what the owner of Freeway Motor Service had mentioned, but they worked with me in different ways to get it down to nearly the same price (which they certainly did not have to do). They also got it done in a week!! I don't typically leave reviews, but would highly recommend them for any body shop needs you have-- even if that means you have to drive a little bit.

I called and got a deal to strip and tint my car for $100. Any shade I wanted. I went with 5% on the back and rear. And 20% on the front driver and passenger windows. Everything was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The office is easily located right off Shiloh rd by the train tracks. The lobby has movies and samples of tint shades they have. Even offer complimentary water. I waited to see how the tint would look after a few days before leaving a review. Everything is awesome. Bubbles went away after a few days.
