Unprofessional. Unreliable. I wanted to believe they can do good work but 3 strikes and they're out! My experience began with an unsolicited sales phone call on Thursday, which I accepted so I received a 10:00 next-day appt that sounded good. Next day, Friday, at 11:00 I get a call saying he is now leaving from a location 20 mins away, but at 11:45 I get another call from the answering service saying he is stuck in traffic and not coming. Ok, bummer. About an hour later, I receive a call from the 'field supervisor' and I say ok to a 2:00 same-day appt, but he's also late and at 3:30 he walks down my street and up to my house. We discuss a couple jobs I want to get done and he quotes a high price. I tell him that's what I think and he says he will have someone give me a call on Sunday with a better price because he's in a good mood. Later that night, I get a call from the 'owner' and he sets up another estimate mtg for 11:30-12:00 on Monday (I asked him 'this doesn't mean 1:00? And he says no, we'll be on time. But, I don't hear from anyone until 2:51, when I receive another call, this time from a manager who asks for another chance and tells me he's sorry and promises to give me a good price. I have temporary insanity but say ok and we set up a mtg with his best guy for tomorrow, Tuesday at 12:00. I'll add an update tomorrow. I'm crossing my fingers this isn't a mistake but I do hope they will surprise me. read more

Several of the people on the phone we're quite polite, a few were not and hung up on me when I said that I didn't want to rebook the appointments they missed or no-showed. Many times I was asked if my husband would be available- but it is my house and I am unmarried so that was pretty disappointing in how they view women. Terrible! Unreliable work schedule. Work done was not acceptable. Poorly constructed. Were to install a canopy I provided. They did not anchor it to the cement as directed. Bad people. Good talker. Return my money !!!!!!. I hired for blue print but I never see the architect . They gave sketch and want me to draw it . Why I will hired and pay somebody if they asked me to draw instead they will do it for me . They charged in advance so be careful coz they're are professional and good talker but after they got your money you can't get any answer they blame you for nothing so it will look like it's your fault . They insisted what they want instead of the costumer. They got my money almost 8,000$. I believed in karma .... You need to work hard to earn money instead ripping off people especially costumer who gave you trust . Be careful and not too much excited with you project coz they will rush you to sign with the contract and with no explanation once you sign you tied with them . They want me to sign paper that I cancelled it but I fired them and cancel the job they got my money since March they gave me a lot of stressed and headache. This review is based on a quote for a fencing project I needed done. I should add I'm a single woman and felt like this company was trying to take advantage of me. Their project manager came out name Joseph showed me their reviews on yelp and other sites about their customer satisfaction(just like others have mention in their reviews). After getting the measurements for my yard we talked about styles of fences they had to offer. According to Joseph the fence i wanted was stocked but they needed to order more for the length I required. He then began writing out the contract and stated I needed to put half the money down now and to sign the contract. I asked about the free estimate and how the rep on the phone said how the quote was good for six months. He then began to say I can't guarantee that price for six months. And I asked what form can I keep with the quote if I decided to go with your company? He said their is no written document of any kind to keep without signing the contract. It was as if Joseph was trying to pressure me into signing the contract right then and there to get the job started. He goes on to mention if I want to cancel the job, THEIR company offers a 3 day period in which the customer can cancel free of charge. When in fact that's a State law and not something their company exclusively offers. Going back to the fence- I asked what colors he had and he asked what color I wanted and how he has that item in stock. I asked if I could see a picture of the color and he said he doesn't have it available to see because he needs to order the product. When just a minute ago he said he had my fence in the color I want in stock. But I need to sign now to "lock in the price" and to save the fence for my project. I felt that all too fishy. I asked about If I needed a retaining wall and no straight answer was given right away. When I asked what if later it turns out I need one where is it written in the contract under the current price. He said the post in cement includes the retaining wall. Really?! Another thing I noticed in the contract. Was that the down payment was written in and stated a minimum of 1000.00 yet Joseph said I needed to put half the total down again because of the materials he had to order. How do you order material that the client hasn't approved or seen? In the end I didn't sign the contract because I looked on yelp myself and saw some of the reviews. He told me I'm gonna lose out on the special price. Later he calls me that evening trying once again to sign the contract. How the price is really good because he didn't charge me for x,y,z. He wanted to come back the next day and I told him I was unsure when I would be available. That I plan on getting other quotes. He proceeded to call me 3 times the following day!!!!! I finally told him to leave me alone. read more
