The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. We found one on a landlord magazine, another online and Paul's on Yelp. The other two were very expensive and kept trying to upsell. We had Art come to meet us and he was very friendly and upfront about how they do business. We hit it off with Art so the unconventional way of doing things was not a problem for us. He can be trusted at his word. Art made rough measurements (for the initial estimate) and the contractor came for exact measurements. The check cleared normally and Art texted and emailed us about everything. It took three weeks to get the windows and were installed in one day. They did good, clean work. Very professional. My house looks so much better, and can hardly hear anything outside. We had two new windows in the kitchen which we thought were installed wrong, but Art's installers said they were good and that they would be ok (no up sale). They even caulked and painted one little spot to make it nicer. He also didn't try to upsell us when I asked to keep one of the old windows in the dining room because I thought it was "charming" but it doesn't open. (I have since changed my mind and will be getting them to replace it after all.) Installation went smoothly (to us). One of the windows was not the same brand so one of the guys went all the way to the suppliers and returned with the right one WITHIN the day while they were still working. We are very pleased with our 7 dual pane laminated crystal pacific windows. And looking forward to getting my "charming" old painted shut, heat attracting window replaced!!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I came in hoping to replace both my…read morebedroom windows and the sliding door in my living room, and from the very first interaction, I was met with nothing but warmth, honesty, patience, and professionalism. Nan was the one who initially educated me in the office, and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely wanted me to understand what would -- and would not -- solve the issue I was experiencing. Her knowledge and care made me feel respected, informed, and never pressured. What completely blew me away was the honesty. Despite being more than capable of selling me new windows, they were the only shop that told me the truth: the change I was hoping for couldn't actually be achieved through window replacement alone. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about this company's values. Then there's Roy -- one of the owners -- who personally made the journey out to my home to further educate me. The fact that an owner would take the time to come out himself, explain everything in person, and make sure I fully understood my options is something you just don't see anymore. He was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly generous with his time. And yes, fair warning -- Roy looks like he walked straight out of a magazine. Be prepared to be completely stunned by the presence of an actual god while receiving some of the most honest, professional guidance you'll ever get about windows. Even though they didn't make a sale this time, Lion has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely return for all my future window needs and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Please don't ever change, Lion. Whatever you're doing is working beautifully. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Huge gratitude to Nan for her education and patience, and to Roy for going above and beyond by coming to my home. I can't recommend this company enough and wish them nothing but continued success.

We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home.
