I brought him eight knives (including a Wustof sashimi knife, not shown in the photos) and they all came back sharper than when they were brand new. One our Japanese knives broke a tip a long time ago and he was able to repair it without issue. Doing cut tests on various vegetables and meat made me laugh at times because I was sincerely SHOCKED with how sharp they were. I also recently inherited two very old chinese style cleavers from my grandmothers (who have since passed) and Donovan brought them back to life. They are some of my favorite knives now.
