I've hired Pro Sewer for my residential side sewer lining and they definitely deserve a review from me. When you start any construction project, everyone is optimistic and positive. MOST construction projects hit some sort of issues and my project was no exception, I'm explaining this because it's when the problems get hard that you really see the true colors of a company and their leadership. Rob followed through with my project when the project got complicated and tough, I learned that Rob is a leader and will stand by what he says and that is the kind of company that you want to do business with when your spending big money digging holes and lining your side sewer. All of the employees that I interacted with were competent and they were all professional. The work they did had some parts that other sewer lining companies weren't even sure they could do. Pro Sewer's finished product was tidy and done to the contract terms. If you are collecting a couple bids for side sewer work, MAKE SURE YOU CALL PRO SEWER as one of your bids! read more

I wish I could give Rob a 10 star review. I had a nightmare scenario. I had a collapsed line in a retaining wall under a concrete driveway and an off-set section under brick and concrete stairs. I got 5 quotes. One company came out and said "nope, don't want to deal with that". Rob called me after having a look and proposed shooting a liner up the line from the collapse, which fixed the 2nd problem while working on the 1st and left me with a liner and 10yr warranty. Of the 5 quotes, his was the only one to propose solving both problems while only needing to excavate one. I appreciate Rob's communication, creative problem-solving, ability to do a tough job, and a very fair price. They quickly finished the job and sent clear video of the completed job. I highly recommend Rob and his crew. read more

Pro Sewer was honest, thorough and on time. They did an excellent job of fixing my blocked garage drain. Would definitely hire them again! read more

Rob and the team at Pro Sewer Repair have been phenomenal! They bid a sewer relining project. In addition to a competitive price, Rob was patient and helped explain the situation. There were some bumps during the work, but Rob and Pro Sewer stood behind their work and did everything I asked of them. I was very satisfied with their work. Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! read more

These guys were great! Very professional. Work was well done and completed on time. Clear communication and very personable. Customer service A+. They were all very knowledgeable. They took care of project start to finish including permitting. Thank you to the team that worked on my house in West Seattle....Cade, Andrew ,Grant, Chris, Adam and Drake. I would recommend this company. They have worked with several other homeowners in my neighborhood and everyone has been very pleased. read more

These guys were great, got an insane quote to fix a drain, they came out for less than half of that, realized it wasn't a major problem and resolved it quickly. Hard to find companies in this industry that don't take advantage, highly recommend. read more

The team at Pro Sewer Repair was just phenomenal. My sewer was backed up and the first company that came out discovered there was a large piece of plastic stuck in the pipes from a recent yard project. Two very reputable companies came out and both confirmed that the pipe had to be dug out and replaced, which happened to be on my neighbor's property and cost me several thousands of dollars (imagine the headache). In good fashion I decided to get at least three quotes and call up Pro Sewer Repair. After running their camera down the pipe, they quickly confirmed that they can just pull out the piece using some special equipment. 15 minutes later the piece was out, no digging, no headache! I decided to call them to come back and do hydro jetting on my pipes to clear out some old roots, which went equally smoothly. These guys are super professional, very well versed in their trade, and will find cost efficient solutions for you if there is one available. HIGHLY recommended. read more

This is a top notch company. They are prompt and do not over sell their services. I appreciate how quickly they responded to my blocked sewer line issues, with little notice they came to my home and took care of the situation while providing piece of mind they will look after my plumbing needs as a long term customer. read more

Easily one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We've managed dozens of rental properties outside of Washington over the last decade and own our own house in Washington (which they helped us with) -- over that time we've dealt with many contractors. Rob and his team has stood out above all of them. Their professionalism, communication, and timeliness was of the best of anyone we've worked with. Our project had multiple unexpected things come up but they did a phenomenal job of communicating, planning, and executing. We've worked with other sewer businesses in the Seattle area but we would never consider anyone but Pro Sewer Repair for this type of work again after our great experience with them. read more

Although I can't speak to Pro Sewer's repair services (we didn't end up needing a repair), I can speak to their honesty and professionalism. When our basement tub backed up I was preparing myself for a potentially enormous financial outlay as side sewer replacements are rumored to be $$$. We'd had the line scoped over a decade ago (when we bought the house) and already knew that we had a belly in the line and that the pipes were as old as dirt, possibly themselves degrading into dirt. I suspected major work would be required. Rob arrived right on time (actually a little early, which was fine by me), took his shoes off without anyone asking him too (which was very considerate) and went right to work scoping the line. He was friendly and frank and invited us to watch as he scoped it. I kept expecting to see a cracked pipe, roots, something to indicate a blockage but he told us, "Your pipes look great. You probably just had a little something stuck there that's now unstuck." He told us there was a little rust in the belly area and we might need that area cleaned out but pipe replacement or lining was not needed. I was primed for needing to spend cash we don't have but Rob delivered the excellent news that we didn't have to spend a dime that day. We did not have a repair done but, if we do in the future, I feel confident Rob will deliver an honest assessment of our needs. read more

We were incredibly impressed and pleased with the professionalism from the folks at Pro Sewer. Everything went according to plan, the overall job was reasonably priced, and the entire crew we met were courteous, knowledgable and terrific. Glad we only need to replace one sewer line in our lifetime, but we highly recommend this wonderful company! read more

Highly recommended! Pro Sewer Repair did sewer scopes, a trenchless sewer repair, and relining for us. The repair was part of a renovation loan, so we really appreciate their willingness to work with our lender. They were communicative, quick to respond, and completed the work in the time they said they would. I was really impressed with how neatly they put all the dirt and grass back. The crew was very friendly - even our neighbors commented to us about how nice they were! All in all, we are very happy with their work! Thank you! read more

Jake and Jason were great! Came out to do some major repairs to our line. They were professional and worked fast, and were great at communicating what work would be done and the status. Highly recommend and would work with them again. read more

Rob and Jason were amazing!! We had a problem with minor flooding in our basement, which we thought was due to a clogged French drain. They came out the same day, scoped out the issue and inspected our basement and French drain. They said they'd be happy to give us a quote on a pump that would solve any major issues if it came to that, but let us know that this was probably a minor issue and that we could simply solve it by keeping our downspouts away from the French drain. We're so incredibly thankful for their integrity and helpfulness. What a trustworthy team. We will definitely be calling them any time we have sewer or drain issues in the future! read more

I hope I don't have to deal with anymore sewer problems, but if I do I would definitely hire Rob at Pro Sewer Repair again! He and his crew were so professional from beginning to end. It was a week long process and he kept me updated on his progress every day. It was a big job and he was very respectful of my property and was really nice to my dog. Best of all, everything went smoothly and he finished the job on time and slightly under budget. Thank you Rob! read more

Rob and his team run a first class business. Rob is experienced, reliable, manages a well run team, and most importantly, does the work he promises, on time and on budget. I needed a 100 year old sewer line in Green Lake replaced, we went through the different options of re-lining vs. replacing with PVC and went with replacing. I had received another bid from a different plumber, and even if Rob's estimate was higher (which it wasn't!) I still would have gone with Rob. You won't regret letting Rob and his team take care of your project. Thank you, Rob, Jaime, Jacob and Adam! Job well done. read more

Stay away from this dishonest company. They installed a cleanout in the wrong location so I asked them to remove it. The owner said that he would remove it, but never did and is now unresponsive. read more

We just sold our house and needed to get a hole in our old sewer line fixed. The issue was 11 feet deep under our driveway. Needless to say it would have been a massive cost. If you've been wandering around online trying to figure out who to hire, consider your search done. The trenchless work these guys do will save you SO MUCH MONEY and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that does it better. Jason came to take care of our job. Needless to say it was a tough one due to some of the corners and damage in our line. It turned into a long day for Jason, but he never gave us any doubt that he could get the job done. And he did! He was persistent and meticulous with his work. Perfect clean up, friendly, timely, and obviously a master of his craft. Pro Sewer Repair and Jason for the win. read more

Love the interaction with these folks. I asked about lining my sewer line because of root incursions and they recommended that it's much more cost effective to just maintain with an occasional clean out, therefore saving me a lot of money! They were happy to service my line if it was more serious than that. I appreciate the honesty and will certainly call them if I have more problems. read more

I messaged them for a quote to add a water valve for the house as we were unable to use the old style lever water shutoff outside the house. They were quick to reply in a sunday as well as be honest that there was a cheaper easy option of using a free service from seattle public utilities to get the lever replaced for a knob . Thanks for the tip and providing options! I didnt have any other service performed by them, but they earned my trust with this experience. Would definitely reach out to them if i had a plumbing job to consider them next time. read more

They were very responsive. The job was done within a few hours of reaching out and fairly priced. They gave an honest assessment of future work needed and a reasonable timeline without trying to upsell me to do it now. I will definitely use them for future work. read more

I called Pro Sewer Repair last Sunday evening when I realized my sump pump had been running for three days nonstop. The super nice man who answered said that it would be very expensive to get the pump replaced by any vendor on a Sunday night. But he offered to talk me through step by step on how to try to fix it myself if it was just stuck and not broken. He stayed on the phone explaining what to do until it was unjammed. It's been almost a week and it's still fixed! I'm so grateful that generous people like this still exist. They made no money from me for this episode -- not even a service call. I have two different sump pumps (ground water and sewer) and will definitely be calling them first if I have any repair issues in the future and for annual maintenance. read more

It's never a good day if you need a sewer replacement but after talking with Rob it got easier. He explained the process, showed me a video of the sewer line and gave me options. No hard sell! After talking with other companies I felt confident hiring Pro Sewer Repair to replace my line. The end results were surprising! It was like they were never there, the yard looked great. They also came in under the other bids I received. I highly recommend Rob and his crew to all my friends and family. read more

Jason and James from Pro Sewer Repair came out to for a repair at our neighbor's connection point. It was an absolute pleasure and we cannot say enough good things about them. They were incredibly friendly, reliable and got the job done in no time at all. They even ensured that the property looked just as (if not better) than they'd left it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable quote with phenomenal service. read more

Responsive, timely, efficient & communicative. Highly recommend!

I had a sewer backup of course on a Saturday which left me with no plumbing. I had roto rooter out which couldn't fix the issue after finding my line was broke. They of course could come out the next day to dig 7 feet and lay 5 feet of pipe for $17,365!!! No way, so the calls started and many messages left. By Monday morning there was still no returned calls and lucky for me bringing up sewer replacement again popped up a new company I hadn't seen the first time, Pro Sewer Repair. Frustrated, I called and Rob answered right away. After talking with him he recommended Action Jackson to come jet my lines to see if they could break through and get a clear picture. While on the phone he had already texted them and they were calling. They called came out, located the break and Rob had his team out the next morning to dig. Todd and Garrett were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the job done in a very timely manner and made sure they left my yard as it was when they arrived. Let me mention they were extremely less than what I was originally quoted for the job and everyone has been amazing to work with. I WILL be doing future business with them and referring all my friends, neighbors and real estate family to Pro Sewer Repair from now on. If you're looking for a professional job at a reasonable cost, these are your guys hands down. read more

As a contractor and real estate investor, I have dealt with countless sewer repairs over the past 20 years. I have hired multiple sewer repair companies and have also done many repairs myself and I'm confident in saying I have a good eye for identifying what is good quality work as opposed to pure crap or "corner cutting". I first met Rob, the owner of Pro Sewer, when he was a crew with another company. That company provided the best quality work and I continued to work with them for years. When Rob started Pro Sewer, I switched over and continued to work with Rob. He and Pro Sewer are really good problem solvers and try to find cost effective and efficient ways to tackle each project. They have helped me out BIG TIME in some tricky, time sensitive situations. Also, his office manager Jaime, is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! read more

I would highly recommend Rob and his team for sewer repair needs in the Seattle area. Before we bought a new house, we had Rob out to assess our sewer line and he found that it was crumbling from the inside. He was able to provide an estimate for how soon it would become a problem and then performed the work when we were ready to move forward. The team of Jason, Sterling, Garrett, and Todd that came out was courteous and happy to explain what they were doing at each step. Due to a miscommunication, the process ended up taking longer than anticipated, but they did their best to minimize disruptions beyond the initial time frame they had given. The work was clean and well done. read more

Pro Sewer Repair was recommended to us by the roto sewer company that came after our basement flooded. Pro Sewer came out promptly - on a weekend - to give us an estimate for the long-term repair that was required. We were able to schedule the work quickly and Pro Sewer got to work. The job ended up taking more workers and manhours than expected, yet Pro Sewer stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge us a dime more. They also confirmed the condition of the remaining piping was in good shape and suggested we not spend any additional money on the rest of the system! After working with contractors for the past 30 years, I was very impressed by the prompt response, the quick scheduling and the cost control that fixed our sewer issues quickly and cost-effectively! read more

We just moved into our home in Northeast Seattle and knew that we would need to repair a break in the sewer line. The guys with Pro Sewer Repair did that work as well as a relining. The did a great job with minimal disruption at a fair price. I highly recommend. read more

I've worked with Rob for years, back when he was with another sewer specialist, and just had him complete another job for a complete lining of my sewer in West Seattle. Not only did he come in about $7,000 under the competition, but he also makes sure he gets the job done right and within the timeframe and price quoted, even if it means he had to take a hit paying the subcontractor out of his own pocket. Rob is an honest, hard-working guy, and he and his team never disappoint! I highly recommend Pro Sewer Repair for your sewer line repair needs. read more

We had a damaged sewer line from our house to the main line. I was impressed by Rob and the team. They were open, honest, and detailed throughout the process. There was some minor, avoidable, damaged they caused in the driveway and he immediately owned up to it and helped get it correct. Hopefully we don't have sewer troubles any time soon, but if we do I will definitely give him a call. Highly recommend. read more

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. During the pandemic we had a major side sewer issue. They came out, dug the big hole, fixed the break, jetted the line, filled the hole and everything is back working. They were professional, courteous, neat, quick and did the job for the estimate (even though it turned out to be more complicated). Their estimate was very fair and reasonable. I hope to never need them again--but if I do, i am definitely calling Rob and his team! read more

We live in a very old neighborhood with 100 year-old sewer lines from house to main. Ours was invaded by roots to a point that it was becoming a yearly problem, and finally our last emergency clog was deemed unsolvable by Rescue Rooter, who did the camera and first estimate. Second place a few days later.. another camera and estimate. (Meanwhile we can't use washer or shower due to slow drainage). Rob at Pro Sewer was the first to make the extra effort to CLEAR the line-- and his estimate (new outside cleanout and liner) was the most reasonable. The work was done without a hitch exactly as offered and on schedule. I would definitely go with Pro Sewer Repair again without hesitation. read more
