In my personal experience, 911 Restoration (also operating as All State Restoration Management)…read moreuses franchise contractors for water‑damage calls, and the situation I went through with Ken McFarland and his family was deeply troubling. After responding to a water‑remediation call, they removed the water and collected payment directly from my homeowner's insurance. The problems began afterward. The company produced what I believe to be a misleading and grossly inflated "build‑back" estimate--nearly four times higher than the repair estimate provided by my insurance. Instead of presenting a legitimate, mutually agreed‑upon contract, they attempted to use the initial water‑remediation paperwork as leverage, pressuring me to accept the inflated costs before any repair work began. When I refused to authorize the work, they filed a mechanic's lien against my property. That lien is no longer valid, yet they have not removed it, and I continued receiving aggressive communication from out‑of‑state attorneys demanding payment. In my view, this is part of a pattern designed to intimidate homeowners. This ordeal has dragged on for nearly a year. I also experienced property damage and missing items during the process, adding even more frustration to an already exhausting situation. In my opinion, this company--and specifically my experience with Ken McFarland and his family--was the most unethical interaction I've ever had with a contractor. I strongly urge homeowners to research the franchise address and reviews before allowing anyone from this organization into their home. I wish I had done the same.

From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and incredibly attentive. What stood out the most was their consistent communication. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was happy with the progress made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Thank you, David and team, for making this rebuild so easy and for treating my home like it was your own. I would absolutely recommend Dry Time to anyone needing quality, reliable work. We had our floors perfectly replaced only 2 years before this unfortunate slab leak and if I could go back in time and get an actual, professional contractor I would instead of going through the plumbers I would have. They responded quickly, explained each step of the mitigation process, and took great care in protecting our home while minimizing further damage. Their crew, Mike and Matt (Technicians) worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. As someone who owns and operates a property management company, I work with contractors and restoration companies on a regular basis, and I truly appreciate companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. This company genuinely goes above and beyond. Super courteous, professional, prompt....literally…read moreeverything they said they were going to do they did. Walked us through every step of the dry out and demo and went so far above and beyond it's shocking! This house was absolutely spotless after the demo! I was shocked! They packed us up and moved us out of our kitchen. We didn't have to do anything but set up shop outside for our new temporary makeshift kitchen!! They even followed up with the insurance company to ensure all documentation was received and being reviewed for reimbursement. Never had to follow up on a call. On the rare occasions I had to leave a voicemail I got a call back same day! Even when it was after hours or on a weekend. When insurance came up short (which this company has nothing to do with!) they sent an additional explanation, documentation and photos to justify our position for the additional funds to restore our kitchen after a flood! By this time their portion of the job had been completed for about a month! Now that's service!!!! Camila and Darrel were our main contacts and they are so organized, thorough and very very knowledgeable. They know their trade and they know it very well. They went so far above and beyond on so many occasions. They were actually recommended by our insurance company and came all the way from San Jacinto to the Redlands/Yucaipa area! Hopefully this never ever happens again but if it does they are my 1st call!!!!! Serv Pro actually took over from a company who has a very similar name (DONT CONFUSE THE 2 SERVPRO IS PHENOMENAL!!!) The 1st company we had to tell to not come back bc they were not properly drying out our house and after 7 days the saturation reading were still extremely high although they kept telling us it was dry. My house felt like a rain forest it was so humid and Mold was beginning to spread but the first company insisted it was dry because their instruments were telling them it was. They clearly rely solely on their instruments and hire people who are untrained or very poorly trained whereas SERVPRO relied on their years of experience and expertise. The 1st company did such a horrible job that insurance had to pay an additional almost $6,000 to restore our floor which may not have happened had the first company done it correctly. Cami and Darrel of SERVPRO managed to STOP the damage from getting worse and save our 1950's solid oak wood floors so they only had to be sanded and not torn up. They cleaned up our flood damage and the mess made by the "other guys". What really sold me is that not once did they ever utter even a negative opinion about the other company, which in my opinion would have been completely justified considering the additional work SERVPRO had to do to clean up their mess as well. WELL DONE SERVPRO and a very special thank you to Cami and Darrel and team!!!! You really deserve the PRO at the end of your name!!!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
