On Sunday morning my pool was completely green. I took a sample to the store and had them test. The pool had no chlorine in it at all. I offered to take the chlorine home and put it in myself as I have a pending pool party on Memorial Day Monday. my monthly fee already included my chemicals. Jacob did not seem to care and charged me $30 for 3 gallon jugs of chlorine. I told him I did not think that was right that he was making me pay twice. He said there was nothing they could do. So I bought the chlorine because I had no choice, and I canceled my pool service effective immediately

I called 4 times back to back to ask if he would take a pool sample I know that no one likes last minute customers because im a bartender and when people come in right before 3 am it drains my soul However, I am paid by my boss to do a job and I'm on the clock until the minute we close which means all my duties are being practiced til then. I walked in at 4:02 and he stated they were already closed. I told him google said they are open til 4 he rudely replied it's 4:02. I told him I had been calling and would show him my call log and he said again they are closed now. No apologies for not answering just a rude comeback. So I told him I needed to make sure I was hearing him correctly that they closed at 4 but he decided to stop working prior to that by not answering calls, Which had he answered the phone at least one of the times none of this would have happened. Don't pay people to work your business if they are not working!!! What is he there for?

I cannot express how amazing the customer service we have received from this business. From the moment we went through the door to just a couple of days ago when we finally finished paying for our unit and scheduled our delivery date. Now, we did not put this unit on layaway. I don't know if they do that, but we did tell Alejandro, the owner, that we were having some projects done at the house before we could get the unit delivered and he graciously agreed to postpone the delivery and not charge us any storage fees until we got everything sorted out. He was extremely patient and understanding with us and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this business enough. Their products are modern and top-notch. I can't wait to get my Jacuzzi delivered and installed in a couple of days. He went through everything clearly and in detail. Took my name and number and said someone would call me, but of course they never did. After spending thousands of dollars, I'm left with a huge stain the entire length of my pool. In addition... I hired them to clean the pool. They didn't show up for weeks and the pool turned green. Algae grew on the surface. When John finally did show up, he forgot to bring a vacuum. Really? He said he would go to the store to pick it up and come back, but he never returned. Again, I paid for a service which I did not receive. The list of complaints can go on and on. John seemed like a really nice guy at first, but once I paid in full and had an issue, they disappeared. Horrible customer service. Not professional. Unfortunately, it appears that the only way to resolve the issue is to sue them.
