My story is a long one - but I do have an important message to share about our experience... I am very happy with the outcome of our project, but we did have a few hiccups throughout the process. Read on to prevent yourself from encountering the same issues, namely the paint color... We hired All Seals to sandblast our stamped concrete driveway and stain it because our driveway paint was peeling and looked horrible. We made our first payment to them in early May. Unfortunately, our project did not start until the end of June - initially because the gentleman who sandblasts was out sick - and then because of the relentless rain (lesson 1 - don't do a project like this in the summer if you can avoid it). Sandblasting uncovered an unforeseen issue - the sandblasting did not work on our driveway because it had been painted over so many times with various paint types. At that point, we had to divert from the original plan (lesson 2 - this doesn't happen often, but it's a possibility). The owner called and let me know that we could resolve our issue with Eurotile - laying a thin concrete pour over our existing driveway, putting in a new design and then painting. It would be more costly than the original plan but much less than demolishing our driveway and putting in pavers. So we moved forward with it. I chose a design and color based on a picture I found online and All Seals said it could be done. Bottom line, they did it! At first, the light gray paint I chose looked white and I was disappointed but All Seals sponged in a darker gray to change the color and give our driveway the dimension/ depth it needed. They really pulled through for us and we are extremely grateful and very happy with the outcome! (lesson 3 - the paint color will look much, much lighter than the paint palette appears - choose your paint color wisely). read more

I requested an estimate for some paver work in my back yard. The estimator came out on 4/3/2026. On the 14th I contacted the company to see if the estimate had been sent in case I missed it and was told they would see if the estimator had completed the estimate. On 5 /3 I emailed that I had still not received it and on 5/6 received this reply: "I can only forward your email to Karl. He does his own estimates. Will resend to him." As of 5/11 no response at all. Would I use this company. No way. read more

Don't use this company. The sub work out and don't take responsibility when the job isn't completed properly. I wanted to fix my travertine patio that had settled in some places and had some broken tiles, and I also wanted to resurface my pool and make it a darker color. I searched for a company that would do both. Most pool companies didn't want to do the patio. I hired All Seal Exteriors because they said they would do both. Their crew for the patio was good and fast. The price for the patio was fair. The pool project has turned into a nightmare. When they started, after we had an agreed on a price, they increased the cost $600 because they said the materials went up. There were 2 brothers working on the pool, but 1 remained in the truck most of the day while the other worked by himself. They tried to tell me my pool was leaking from under the main drain and wanted $3,500 more to drill holes through the bottom of my pool to fix it. It was a scam. The water was coming from the sprinkler system. When the pool was replastered, it wasn't acid washed properly, which damaged my light rings and it left streaks down the side of the pool. Now it's been 3 months since they were going to acid wash the pool and they told me to get someone else to do the job, after they were paid. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. read more

We had our driveway paved from this co. Giving caution. They completed the driveway but did not advise us that we would be responsible for the swale part of the driveway would be at our expense. It would cost us additional landscaping from another company. It did not pass city inspection because they neglected to use hot mix asphalt in the edging and excavated to deep,, therefore water cannot drain. They also charged us for demolition and removal of pavers that we removed ourselves. They misinformed us and deceived us. We would not recommend this company. read more

All Seal Exteriors (ASE) subcontracted my pool resurfacing.  The work performed was of VERY POOR quality there are numerous FLOOR STAINS, and the crew negligently dumped blue plaster waste materials all over my yard.   The dumping of plaster waste materials killed the vegetation in numerous places in my yard and left blue waste material stains everywhere. Also, while ASE's subcontracted team was mixing the Azure Gem Pool Plaster in my Driveway, their powder floated through the air and coated my next door neighbor's $85K Pickup Truck which was parked in his driveway only 2-3 feet away from where ASE had decided to parked their plaster mixing truck.  My neighbor unfortunately noticed the damage to his truck towards the middle of the job when the ASE crew was halfway through mixing plaster next to his truck.  My neighbor told ASE's crew "hey!! you are damaging my Truck's paint!" - they responded by saying "we know".... and they just kept mixing and did not move their mixing truck.  My neighbor then immediately moved his truck but by then the damage had been done.  The contamination of plaster dust has left a rough sandy texture all over the hood, sides and roof of his truck.  The paint of his truck has been damaged and it feels like sandpaper.  The ASE crew acted with complete negligence and disregard for both my property and the neighbor's automobile. .The pool stair cap tiles that ASE was contracted to install completely fell off after install.  When I complained about this,  ASE subcontractors accused me of "pulling all the cap tiles off" of my own pool stairs!    Finally, ASE's installer physically installed a pool light and a new transformer for the light but he hooked up the wiring BACKWARDS which burned out the brand new transformer, the brand new light and tripped the breaker on my electrical panel.  I had to hire an electrician to diagnose and fix the problem. My resurfaced pool by ASE has numerous stains, looks HORRIBLE and was never completed after 7 MONTHS. read more

We had our pool area done with Eurotile last October 2020..not even 9 months later there is severe cracking and peeling. I understand cracking happens and we are happy to PAY for someone to come and repair it (not even a year old I'll reiterate) but despite phone calls, messages left and emails sent to every individual I've dealt with there...not a single person bothered to get back to us. So, this KP can say whatever he wants...it did not last a year, we tried to reach them on multiple platforms and happy to PAY for whatever repair...but they do NOT GET BACK TO YOU. Wishing I could give a minus number of stars for our very poor experience with this company! We contracted with ASE to resurface our pool, and regrout the decorative tile. The quality of the work was extremely sub-par, and the workers were very sloppy (there was plaster left all over the coping, patio, tile, steps, ladders (also: the ladders and trim estucheons were left greened by the acid wash they imcompetently used.......and the workers also made a mess of my covered patio...leaving lunch garbage and meat on my stone table). The diamond brite was not applied evenly, and we have been left with a very blotchy and bumpy surface. My decorative tiles (on the bottom of the pool) were initially partially covered up, and when we asked about this, a guy was instructed to dig around it...leaving rough ruts all along the design). The grout around the water line pool tile was also improperly applied, and is mostly gone already (from February of this year)! We paid extra to have this done, but it was a total waste of money. Communication was incredibly awful, and we still are very far from satisfied! I really believe any positive reviews were probably made by their employees or family. I have a hard time believing we are the only ones with this experience! My pool looks so bad, that if I didn't know better, I would think it was a 20-year-old job that was in need of a replaster! This poor job costed us $11,000! And, in addition, we were having some sprinkler issues the past few months........turns out, the ASE employees that installed the new in-pool lights, cracked a pipe.....we were very fortunate that the water (to our present knowledge) hadn't yet damaged the foundation of our house. read more

Michael came out and gave the estimate which was a fair price and went with him to do the job,The workers were very good with what they did. About two months after job was completed I saw a problem in some of the pavers. I called the office 4 time and never received a return call either from Michael or Phil the owner. When Michael had picked up the final payment he said " any problems just call me and I'll take care of it". I was going to have them do my pool area this spring but forget it. read more

We contracted with ASE end of November for diamond bright resurfacing. Job was completed end of month. During the following 4 week "fire up" process, I noticed a large (approx3'x3') irregularly shaped powder buildup with clumps near drain. Texted my rep with pictures, response was "probably calcium, nothing to worry about". Over the course of those weeks, the powder was gone but I had a very noticeable yellow/grey discoloration in its place. Also began noticing half the pool towards the shallow end was very splotchy and uneven. Was informed the splotchy was normal part of the plastering, but the spot will be fixed. Well, here we are almost March, spot is still there, owner KB told me spot was somehow a problem with my pool pipes, nothing they could do about it, after they could not repair. So now I'm out $6k and a pool that looks like crap. I would post a picture but the glare from the water doesn't show pool bottom clearly. This is going to be a conflicted review. All Seals Exterior did an awesome job in contacting me and following through to the completion of the project for which they got a pretty penny. Whenever there were issues (such as their cutting through the irrigation tubing), they came right out to fix it almost immediately. They took about two weeks to do the project, but I think that has more to do with city permits than with anything else. Overall, I'm happy with the work they did and the project has received its fair share of compliments from my neighbors. Now...here is the conflicting part. I have contacted the company on 4 different occasions (phone and text message) in order to get them to come out and seal the driveway. I'm more than willing to pay for the extra work, and am even willing to contract them every year to do it. But, I'm starting to think that this company thinks it's too big for its own britches because this is not a big project. Why turn down money? Why not at least respond? Why not refer me to someone else who is willing to do it? If they can't follow through with something this simple, then you might want to use someone else as there is no lack of pavers in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. I would have given them more stars, but the disregard involved here leaves a very bad impression...and in business impressions mean a lot. read more

Waited weeks for a returned call, was given the run around. Home advisor referred this company and should remove them from the list. After a half dozen emails asking when I can have someone come and look at the job we finally scheduled the first meeting. After waiting all day and not receiving as much as a phone call they blew me off. Mind you I scheduled my day around Tom Whyte coming over. Bad customer service! ASE bid on staining my patio after visiting twice taking photos and discussing what would happen. We agreed price and signed an agreement. After 3 weeks the work crew came. Upon arrival decided it was more work than they expected, so flat out refused to do the job. No alternatives, or options just no we will give you a refund. Not a customer oriented organization. Maybe it is good they didn't do the work because god only knows what would have happened had there been a disagreement on the quality or an issue. Pretty expensive but they did a decent job. The Eurotile is labor intensive and requires a great attention to detail so it doesn't look "DIY". The guy did a good job overall, but it could have been neater and nicer. The weather didn't cooperate early on in the job so I think the job was rushed a little because I pressed them to get the back patio and front walk patio done because everything was being stored on the lawn and garage until I could put it back onto the patios. If it lasts for a few years I'll be happy. Shop around, but these guys probably aren't any worse than any other South Florida firm doing this work. It is what it is. read more

Hired this company to redo my driveway. Worst experience I've ever encountered. This company is very unorganized. Took months to get the permit (claiming covid related). Once the job began, they tried to hit me with "hidden fees" that were NEVER disclosed to me during the bidding process. I was told the extra fees are on the back of the contract. They dug up the front of my front lawn, damaged my sprinkler system. After much complaining on my end, company did replace the sod. They delivered the wrong stone I had to complain, take pictures, etc. to get the correct stone. They bid the job on removing old concrete driveway only to tell me after they started they would not be able to remove the driveway. They cracked my carport foundation, tried to over bill me for "permits and fees" I had already paid, etc. The list goes on and on. Babysitting this project was a full-time job. They sealed the driveway incorrectly and assured me they would come back and reseal but never showed up. I would not hire this company again. Save your money, time and aggravation. I contacted this company to do old Chicago bricks pavers around the pool area. My salesperson was Michael and he showed me a great selection of pavers and when he showed me the seabba travertine I fell in love with the stone. I went for it instead and have no regrets. I contracted with All-Seal to install a new 600 sq foot paver driveway in Oakland Park. The salesman Vincent was knowledgeable and friendly and showed up on time for our appointment. After we signed the order to begin, the owner KP obtained the necessary permit in a reasonable time frame and kept in touch with as to status. Just had my pool and deck renovation done. What a stand up company. It started with Mike the salesman. I requested quotes from multiple companies and the lack of knowledge from the salesmen from the other companies was a major turn off.
