He offered us the best price of the companies that responded to our initial request, which was for the carpeted stairs and two small landings, though he did have to raise the price slightly (like $20 or so) when he arrived because our description was not quite accurate. We only used their carpet cleaning service, but I was intrigued when I saw some of the other services they offer, like special floor treatments, listed on the company's van. Clearly, they do more than just clean carpets. He didn't mind when we added to our initial request and was able to quickly quote us a new, fair price once he saw the space. Admittedly, he did end up arriving somewhat after the window he had stated, due to other jobs he had to finish, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than you expect, and it wasn't a problem for us. He was fairly quick and efficient once he arrived, I thought. He started the actual cleaning process by spraying stain remover on the worst spots. He had protection for our stairs' corners from the hoses and tubes and used booties over his shoes once the carpet was wet (as one might expect). He even moved our large, heavy bed in our master bedroom by himself so he could clean the entire carpet in there (part of our updated request). I thought we were going to move it together, but when I asked about it after he had gotten started cleaning, he said he had already moved it! He was friendly and respectful. I think he took something like 90 minutes for the whole job, start to finish, which seemed reasonable to me considering the logistics and size of the job. I told him we may call him again for the one bedroom we left out, and I meant it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Momentum's carpet cleaning service, especially if you don't need them to come exactly in the window.

We communicated was good and we were flexible to be able to change times for them when they had last minute change in their schedule. They send a picture of the tech who will be arriving at your place. He was nice and we talked about the square footage to be cleaned in tile and the bedrooms to have the carpet cleaned. They did offer a military discount which I appreciated. Know your square footage it will help you determine the price, sanitation ingredients are more, walk in closet is more type of cleaning head for carpet can also be more although they did throw that in grout sealing can also be more if you want it done and there maybe a destination charge to have them show up. Which they do tell you upfront when you make the appointment. Wife says the grout being clean is not great but maybe it still needs to dry out. The carpets did come out greatI am surprised be all the 5 star reviews and the process and end result for tile and carpet cleaning.

    BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work!

Not only was it the worst cleaning…read morewe have ever had (the couch was dirtier after they were done) they had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. My mother in law scheduled and took care of the appointment herself. As they were cleaning she expressed that she didn't think it looked right. The cleaner dismissed her. She called the office directly after the cleaning and they told her there is nothing they can do and that's just how couches look. Not only did they dismiss her both times, they also did not inform her of the 7 day "re-do" policy where they would actually come and re-do the cleaning. Once she told me about it I encouraged her to call again and request the policy. They not only would not rectify the situation, they tried to convince her she never called, forgot, must have called the wrong number and that she is not eligible for help. She is 80 years old will full cognitive capabilities and memory. This is not only poor customer service it is WRONG. She has the phone call in her call log and was very confused why they kept trying to tell her she was wrong. Once I started reaching out to the manager of this franchise, Julian Saenz, he was incredibly rude and dismissive to me. He would not speak on the phone only on text. His responses were that she never called, she probably called the wrong number and "just because you think you're important doesn't mean I'm gonna bend over backwards and break policy for you". I gave him multiple opportunities to rectify the situation before writing a negative review. I don't believe in writing bad reviews for small business unless it is incredibly bad, which this situation was on all levels. I encourage everyone to use other cleaning services and not support this subpar cleaning company with horrible customer service.

    In early January they came to clean 4 Area rugs in my home. A week later they returned, at my…read morerequest, because the carpets were not clean. They cleaned again and even before the technician left, I showed him how the carpet was still dirty. He called his supervisor (franchise owner) who offered to return a third time which I refused bc after research I believe the cleaning method they use was not effective on my carpets. Please see the results after using my home carpet cleaner AFTER they had cleaned it twice! Owner credited me 30% which to me was not sufficient. I will need to either (a) do it myself or (b) pay someone else to do it. Either way I did not get the result I expected (clean carpets) so feel a 30% credit is not sufficient. And in speaking with the owner he needs a course in customer service as he was condescending throughout our conversation. The technician was 100% polite both times and I cannot fault him at all!
