Had my house cleaned here 3 times. First time was good, last two times horrible. DO NOT Do BUSINESS with these people they are dishonest. Read through the reviews they are hiding I shouldn't have trusted them. Tried to give them a last chance and they scammed me. The last time they were late, lied about services, I asked for a deep clean and surfaces were still covered in dust from my move, not even cleaned. The stove top was DIRTY???? It was supposed to be a deep clean thought that would for sure be apart of the clean. I specifically asked for the fridge to be cleaned and they agreed my mother even asked them in person and they said they would take everything out and clean it. It was exactly as I had found it when I moved in. Floors sticky and house reeking of loud air fresheners like they were trying to make it seem like they did something when they obviously didn't. The lady at the office minimized my issue, was rude and had a unpleasant attitude, which is crazy because her house wasn't trashed with sticky floor cleaner, cheap air spray and old stuff from a vacuum sprayed all over the floor. When I was honestly conveying what happened she dismissed me. Refunded me $10 and said they didn't want to do business with me anymore . WHICH IS CRAZY!!! AFTER I GAVE THEM 3 CHANCES????? They didn't even relay me with this information they reached out my mother??? Seems like scammers to me because how were you here 2/ 1/2 hours and did such a horrible job stuff is still covered in dust??? Like what were you doing in my house??? I could've done a better job myself like seriously DO NOT waste your money time and energy on these people!!! I should've read the reviews deeper before trusting them again. If I could give this a negative one star I would. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They took over $400 from my husband and I to do a "move in and clean". They charged us for seven hours and after they left.. nothing was done except the Kitchen. Our floor still had dust all over them and then our bedroom was unfinished due to lack of supplies provided by the owner. My floors still had drywall on them and were untouched (one go over with my mop proved to me that nothing had been done). When I asked for my windows to be cleaned (all ground level and reachable without a ladder) I was told the boss didn't allow this and I'd have to hire someone separate to get a quote. They say they help with move in cleaning; but after you pay- they start with all these stipulations and subpar work. When I called the office about the job not being finished and communicated my concerns while asking if they could send them back out to finish the job I had been quoted for and paid for. I was laughed at by the office manager because I mentioned that the job wasn't finished and that there was dry wall still on the floor. I was told it must be my vents (I had them cleaned and flushed already). The office manager refused to take any responsibility and was incredibly inappropriate. When asked for them to finish the rest of the house, again I was laughed at. I ended up having to redo the entire job myself. It was then I discovered that only 2 rooms were touched out of 4 and the living rooms and dining room were also not touched. I'm disgusted that a company operates this way and prays upon new homeowners. They were unwilling to fix my situation. I just wanted a job completed that I paid heavily for. I was told I would have to pay more money for them to complete the job. I finished it myself under the time they charged me the first time. Hire anyone but them for your next job! read more

I went to work for All things new in May of this year. I worked for them less than a day. They trained me to use a specific brush for the toilets ( we do bathrooms first), then use same brush in kitchen on hard-to-reach-places. This brush has not been sanitized or cleaned properly. I asked about this and they told me yeah that's just how we do things. I wouldn't want my food anywhere near a brush somebody used on a toilet! That is a bigger from me. read more

All Things New were on-time and they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning. We contracted for 5 hours and they completed our cleaning in 3 hours (including glass / window cleaning and baseboards) and refunded the remaining 2 hour delta. The girls who cleaned were extremely polite and professional. The system in place to provide the cleaning ladies pictures prior to arrival is a thoughtful touch for security reasons. We further appreciated the company's desire to keep us on a regular schedule (either 2 weeks or 4 weeks) so we may retain a regular cleaning crew who we know will be punctual, trustworthy and thorough. We highly recommend All Things New. They will be continuing to clean our 2800 square foot home monthly with mostly organic cleaning products. This was literally the worst experience with a cleaning company. I called and Jill answered. She tried to push for someone to clean my house when I was not home and to just leave a key under the mat. Well, never meeting anyone from this company I was not going to be pressured. I made an appointment for the following week and made sure I had a friend at the house. The two cleaners, Teresa and Leah, showed up an hour late because they got lost driving to my house. After 40 minutes of being there, I received a text claiming they were done. Jill from the company calls me to let me know one of the girls (Teresa) found a bed bug crawling in my master shower! I was horrified. I called a professional, bed bug extermination company to come out the following day and went home to look through my house for these bugs. When I arrived home, I found a mop and mop pads in my kitchen, a scrub brush in the hallway, a sponge in my shower and a full QT drink on my counter. There were also crumbs in my master bathroom, which I thought was very odd. When they left, they did not tell my friend they were leaving as she was outside in my pool so she did not get in their way of cleaning. The exterminator came out the next day for an inspection. They found no bed bugs or any evidence there ever were bed bugs in my house. I was so upset to first be told I had them by a random source and then to have to pay the fee for an inspection. My husband called the company to complain about the stress, the cost of paying for someone to inspect our house and all of the stuff they left laying around. He was told that Teresa spoke to Jill that we had an infestation once. First, our house has never had an infestation and second, an infestation of what? The person who spoke with my husband at All Things New Cleaning was not Jill and he was assured she would call him back. Of course, we never heard from them again. I have never seen a company be so unprofessional. There are many other cleaners you can use in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This company should not be on your list. read more

I have to preface, I'm self-proclaimed OCD when cleaning my house, and when I'm paying for it as a service, have super high expectations. I've gone through a few companies, just not meeting my expectations, prior to getting the referral for All Things New from a neighbor. They called ahead and let me know they were on their way, and I immediately got a text when they completed the job. When I walked in the door after the house was done, my jaw dropped. It was spic and span, no detail left undone. The bathrooms and kitchen (my OCD trigger rooms ) were sparkling! And, Amber & Kristin couldn't have been friendlier (and were great with my dog... my former cleaning company wouldn't allow her in the house when they cleaned.) I'd highly recommend! The owner is very responsive & great to work with in scheduling. ***Update*** Didn't know I could be even more impressed, but I am! My advice: take your business elsewhere and save some money while you're at it! I had been using this company for over a year and was always happy with their service, even though it was more expensive than most other companies. Scheduling was easy and whichever crew came they were always very thorough and professional. Because of that, I didn't mind paying their higher rates. I was very surprised and unhappy to have experienced what I did with the most recent cleaning. I have a 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2000 sq foot home and it usually takes between 2.5-3.5 hours to clean the entire house. I was having a party so I scheduled a 4 hour cleaning and requested a deep cleaning. The two women showed up an hour late and I let them know I would be on work conference calls upstairs so they could start downstairs. 3 hours later I came out of my master bedroom and went downstairs looking for them because I was wondering why I hadn't heard them cleaning upstairs yet. Nobody was there and my front door was unlocked. The only things that had been cleaned were the kitchen, the tile floors, and the half bath on the first floor. In 3 hours, that is all they had cleaned. The living room rug was not vacuumed, the couch was not vacuumed, the back door sliders were not windexed, the living room was not dusted, the coffee table wasn't even wiped down. So in 3 hours these cleaners had only cleaned 1/4 of my house. And they definitely weren't doing a deep cleaning, I.e. windows, blinds, fans, baseboards, etc. if they couldn't even vacuum the living room rug. 15 minutes later they arrived back and stated they had taken a half hour lunch. I've been using cleaning services for 8 years and I have never had a crew take a lunch break. They were at my home for 2.5 hours, cleaning only my kitchen and half bath, and then decided they needed a break? And then left my front door unlocked unbeknownst to me while I am 8 months pregnant upstairs alone in my master bedroom where I would not have been able to hear if somebody came into my house! Anybody could have walked into my house and robbed us or worse! I called the company and explained my dissatisfaction and asked that their crew leave and that I not be charged, but that we could reschedule and they send a new crew as soon as they had an opening. They informed me that I would still be charged $225 for the 2.5 hours the cleaners were there and that they would give me a 10% discount. What a joke! This is how you treat loyal customers who have been with you for over a year and never had any issues before? They even said they called the owners and they wouldn't budge on their position. So I canceled my card they had on file and let them know I would never use them again and that I would post this review. They obviously do not care because they then tried to email me an invoice. It's more of annoyance because my lawyer will handle any attempts by them to collect from me for a service I did not receive, and for endangering me and my unborn child, but at the end of the day, what an extremely poor business practice and etiquette! I called around and got another company to send a crew out right away and they did an awesome job and it only cost me $120 for 3 hours! They have all 5 star reviews on Yelp too. Wish I had been using them all along. Moral of the story: if you hire this company and get a bad crew, or are not satisfied with the service, or are concerned for your safety, you will have no recourse and they will treat you very rudely. They do not value their customers or your business. My advice: take your business elsewhere and save some money while you're at it! read more

I am giving this company 2 stars mainly for being punctual and bringing all their own supplies. However, while the two women that cleaned were very nice, they did not do a thorough job. I had to clean most of my office. I have a small glass shelf (3 shelves) with pictures on it, along with a book case. They dusted the pictures but did not dust the shelves, therefore, there was a line of dust under the pictures and my knick knacks on both. They also only dusted a few pictures in plastic frames on my wall in another room and I had to ask them to clean them all and not just a few. I called the owner to pay, and her attitude was full of excuses about why they didn't thoroughly clean. No apologies or understanding, just excuses. It's so disheartening when a company is so independent that it doesn't care about each individual customer. If it were my company, I would have offered a free cleaning just to keep a new customer and good word of mouth. Shame on them! And the icing on the cake...they charged me twice as much as the quote as they had to stay longer to complete the job. I would have been happy to pay the extra if they did a thorough job! read more

I just started using this company and have been impressed. My initial clean was done very well and they paid attention to detail.Janet and Kristine were friendly and timely. I will be having my home cleaned every 2 weeks and I like I will have the same person leading that clean. I did find that this service was a bit more expensive than others I interviews, but I like that it is a business that takes care of its employees, is insured and, based on other reviews, has trustworthy people coming to my home. I also like that no cash is exchanged, so the process is easy for times I am not home. Similar to other reviews, my initial clean took a little over 3 hours and I did talk to Jill about it, but she only charged me for 3 hours and my house was really clean. They advertise satisfaction guarantee! My marble floors we never have worn shoes and noticed major scratches after a service. I sent her pictures and it looked like an electric vaccumm or brush had been run over my marble floors. When I called the owner literally put me on hold called her cleaning crew then said no she says they didn't do it and that they aren't liars. Very unprofessionally handled. She should have at least come seen the damage. And they advertise satisfaction guarantee. Where is that?? While I think they did an ok job on some things a lot was left to be desired. This was a vacant home and being cleaned for a move in. Floors were still dirty. There was dust on the closet rods. Clearly corners were left untouched. For what I paid, over $400 I expect more than water to be used on floors. I complained once and they tried to rectify but it still was not done well. Never did they call back to check if the second attempt was satisfactory. They were right in time and the text letting me know when they arrive and leave was nice. All Things New has exceeded my expectations! I have been through various home cleaning companies and I have not had one as good as this one. I'm OCD so I focus on small details to give you a background. the ladies were able to fit me in within a week of me calling, they did a very thorough clean - including spots that MANY other cleaning companies have missed without me saying a word. The house looked and smelled amazing after they left! This company also has personal assistant services and handyman services. I scheduled a personal assistant to come out a few days after the first house clean and again I was blow away! I have had PA's in the past and Lola (the PA) definitely met my expectations. I have continued to use her since then. She has good insight, good at managing time: does not spend time down waiting for the laundry to finish and instead asks for other things she can do in the meantime even if she has finished all the tasks I set for the day. She is very detail oriented, very organized, is good at keeping ME organized, and always has a smile on her face. Beware of this company. Jill the owner promises a deep clean but this is not what you will get. The 2 girls who arrived 40 minutes late cleaned my home , but when they left I noticed my toilet was running, my touch lights had the power turned off, my rain shower was turned to the wall and required a ladder to fix, my master bedroom ceiling fan was broken when they used a dust mop to move the dust into the motor and it would not turn on. Please be very careful if you consider hiring this company, because when I complained they just it was my bad luck and they would not do anything--although they are supposedly licensed and bonded. That doesn't account for much if they won't stand behind it. read more

I really wanted to love this company. The positives are that the owner is really nice. She treats the people who work for her very well. This makes for high loyalty which is wonderful in this industry. She pays them well and charges a higher rate ($37.50/hour/cleaner). She offers a 10% discount on the first cleaning. The products they use are natural - they work well and smell delicious. When they were going to be late, they called to let me know that traffic was a mess. No problem. You are charged from the moment they leave their car until they return to their car. So any time spent on instructions you provide are being charged to you. Again, this is very good for the cleaners. When I spoke with the owner the first time, I emphasized my expectation of efficiency, especially based on the higher rate. She assured me I would have a thorough and efficient cleaning. When the two-person team showed up, I quickly showed them around and retreated to my office so they could get to work. The parts of the house I asked them to clean totaled about 2700 sq feet. After an hour and a half, I got a bad feeling so I came out to see how things were going. The one person was just finishing up the master bathroom and the other said she had vacuumed and dusted the master bedroom and a guest room. To get a clear picture, my bedroom is 20' x 14' with limited furniture; the bathroom is galley-like 14' x 4' with a walk-in shower. The guest room is 10' x 15'. I have limited furniture there as well (very little dusting). They still had a large kitchen, the guest bathroom and a great room/dining room to complete. In addition I was told they cleaned the glass of sliding glass doors as a part of their regular cleaning service. When I asked if they thought they would be done in the next hour, one said, "oh no - we'll be going over time!" I had allotted 2 1/2 hours for this cleaning since most teams of two had completed a thorough cleaning of my house in two hours. At the rate they were going, it was going to be four hours. When I expressed my concern regarding the amount of time they were taking, they became flustered and rushed through cleaning the other small guest bathroom, the kitchen floor and great room floor (both of which I had to redo) and never got to anything else. One of the two was visibly upset (crying) and I calmed her down; the other one had a bit of an attitude and noted that quality took time. And the story they told me didn't match the story they told the owner. (They told me one had been vacuuming and dusting the master bedroom while the other was cleaning the master bathroom. They told the owner the one cleaning the master bathroom also cleaned the master bedroom. If that's the case, the other one spent over an hour vacuuming a 15' x 10' room and dusting a dresser and two bedside tables. Any way you cut it, it's inefficient.) When I spoke to the owner, she supported her team and didn't support her satisfaction guarantee. I don't mind spending the money for a superior product. I just didn't receive that. Had I not had every other cleaning team of two complete the cleaning of my entire house in about two hours, I would have checked my expectations. If money isn't an issue as it relates to cleaning, give them a try. If it is, just be crystal clear around expectations. They say they have faster teams - I just decided that the amount of money I spent to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms cleaned was unacceptable. read more

We recently used All Things New Cleaning Services and it was COMPLETE DISASTER. The cleaning crew broke items and left items dirt - cooktop, counter top, didn't mop the floor, etc. I called the owner Jill Boxrud and she denied everything and blamed our dogs for breaking the items. The dogs were contained with me in the study away from the cleaners during their visit. If you want to overpay for a subpar cleaning job then hire All Things New. Plus they will blame your dogs for all problems!!! As I told Jill, she has absolutely no clue how to run a successful business. You are better served to clean your own home and save your money.
