They told me I had metal filings (typically indicates a diff oil change is needed) and no prior service had been done to my diffs. Bull shit however rather than argue I told them to forget about it and called my Ford dealer to verify all the work. Yes both diffs plus transfer cases had all been fully serviced 8000 kms ago. If you want to get ripped off- go there. In my line of work I see many instances of faked service needs. This is one of those.

The front reception who set the service up for me was polite. My car was finished very quickly which was greatly appreciated. My mother swears by this service center as when she was going to take her car there alone (usually my father did for her). They didn't make her feel uncomfortable or confused and they explained everything to her. The only reason I'm giving four stars is I felt a little put off by what I felt were scare tactics of that I'd be "left stranded because my car was ready to breakdown at any minute" comment told to my fiancé picking up the car. They asked how he could let me be stranded like that! I quite understand explaining that the car needs more work done on it and that its not in perfect shape by any stretch. A simple explanation would have sufficed. I will definitely be back should my poor crappy car need more servicing!
