I LITERALLY let myself have a few days to cool down before writing this review as fairly as possible. I went to this (btw, totally mistyped "this" with "shit" a sec ago- should tell you something) salon on Saturday morning with a friend who was getting ready for a wedding. We walked in and was seated for spa pedicures and she got started before me as I picked out my colors. 20 minutes after we arrived a customer walked in and started waiting. She asked how long the wait was and they told 15 minutes. Which was ridiculous considering they were just starting to file our toe nails. She waited patiently and I looked at the attendants with total disbelief. Moving on... my toes looked fine, despite that I was done before my friend's (who started before me, if you remember.) Whatever, it looked fine and I didn't want to keep the other customers waiting. The lady started on my fingers and talk about services taking a nose dive! I'm watching her paint my nails and she's rushing so much that she's not painting the entire nail, so I asked her to go back to make sure the sides were also painted - on my tiny little pinkie! THEN, there's cotton shooting out of every direction and I'm waiting for her to pull it off and she doesn't, until I ask her to. THEN, a piece of hair (eww) is sticking straight up off my nail and in disbelief, I'm looking at her like, YOU MUST be joking. Again, I had to tell her to remove it, only this time... a tiny piece is left inside the polish. Rather than removing the paint off my pinkie, she uses cuticle clippers to pull it out and acetone to smooth out the polish. UNBELIEVABLE! It doesn't stop there... I sit under the dryer and 3 minutes later I look down, my nail is bubbling like a witch's caldron. I tell her and she repaints my nails. Again rushing me through leaving cotton bits in my polish and tiny bubbles as she goes. Meanwhile, my friend sits down next to me and got her nails repainted twice too. Same problem. They must have the crappiest tools and polishes in the world but then again, doesn't really explain the not painting the entire nail thing. My toes were a darker color and they turned out fine, I wonder if my pale beige color make it difficult for her to see. I guess if you want to try them I'd suggest using a darker color so the ladies can see what they are doing. In the end, I left the salon with bubbling, half painted nails aside with my friend and the lady who walked in 20 minutes after us. read more

I went to this nail salon only because I had time before work and it was close by. When I walked in all the manicurists were sitting around the tables and watching me as I walked in and sat down. As I was picking my nail polish I could swear they were all laughing at me because when I sat back down they were looking at me, talking in Vietnamese and laughing! Wtf? Speak English if you're going say something about me! Nothing about me is funny..maybe it's because I'm short! Anyways, that was just super awkward because they all sat very close to me. The lady starts my fill like normal and shapes them very nicely...but OMG she was pressing so hard on my cuticles and was filing them with such force. I repeatedly said "ow" and she had no reaction and continued hurting me. I have like 3 cuts on my cuticles now. Aside from that, she made my acrylics very thick and unnatural looking. Over all that fill was DECENT. But the part that makes me write this review is the nail art. NEVER, let me repeat, NEVER, come here if you want nail art. I showed her a picture of what Kind of design I wanted (black polka dots on all nails with a small bow on my ring fingers) she seemed hesitant so I told her if she can't do it that's ok because I know a BOW can be a little difficult (I guess) but she assured me that she could do it so I said ok do it. Dude....let me just tell you...she did the most RUSHED and SLOPPY job and messed up every dot! Like Wtf you have a tool! How do you mess them up?? She literally did not care that much. And then the bow...wow. Both were COMPLETELY different looking and they looked like shit, along with the dots. A 5 year old could have done it much better. And to top it off she added glitter and did an even sloppier job. She made it very clear that she was over doing my nails and didn't care about how they turned out. If you can't do the design don't say you can! I am baffled at how shitty my nails look...I'm almost embarrassed to go out in public. She did not get a tip. I will be going to get a polish change tomorrow! I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else! From the looks of if, no one else likes this place either haha. I've had my nails done here a few times ONLY because it was a convenient place to meet a friend. My friend goes here because she likes to get in and out quickly. I care a lot more about QUALITY and the manicures & pedicures they give are indeed done quickly and the quality is NOT good at all. I would NEVER choose this place. Worse eyebrow wax I ever had. It only took her 2 min to do it. Usually when I go to other nail salon to get eye brow wax it would take them at least 15 min. Te lady at pro nail who did my eye brow didn't even tweeze out the hair that didn't get wax off and didn't even trim the brows. So disappointed. read more

Love this place! Always get my toes and hands done. Very good price and they are so friendly. Always feel great after and my nails look great. They even talked me into some color on my toenails just for fun. My wife was very amused. Highly recommend them. read more

This place sucks!! They took me as a walk in which was great, there was only 3 workers and 2 customers. This lady comes over from a Nother customer with a rubber cleaning gloves and starts to remove my nail polish which is really unprofessional didn't wash her hands using the same dirty glove. Then I sit there for about 20 minutes until she finishes the client she was just with she rushes through my nail file nail cutting cuticle clipping and massage. I think my wait was longer than the entire service then three more customers walked in and all of a sudden she stopped what she's doing and have some guy paint my nails the worst paint job I've ever had I kept having to have him paint over and over and over again I left the shop without tipping only because it's such a shitty job cotton all over the WetPaint after I told him to redo it. Nothing is worth going to this place!! I was getting work done on my car across the street and decided to get my nails done. Biggest mistake ever! The quality of work makes me wonder how they are possibly in business. Everything done was terrible. Didn't remove my cuticles. I passed by here everytime I go to the UPS store, and it's always empty (well, empty beside the sleeping employees lol). I went around noon on 5/25, trying to be spontaneous for once. Bad decision, worst $25 spent on my nails ever. First of all, they have very limited color choices, but I still ended up finding a light/pastel pink to try. Secondly, they were very insensitive and careless about my nails! She finished my nails (including filing and everything) within 15 minutes, while judging my choice of nail shape. I should've known not to expect much when I walked in and the place was empty, and the two manicurists were laying on the floor behind the counter. All I wanted was a simple manicure (no buffing or shiny). I've had plenty of manicures in the past, but I've never had a manicure take only 5 minutes! She tried to send me off with uneven nails! Came in on Friday with a broken acrylic nail that needed to be fixed and a polish change. The lady wasn't paying attention and burned me multiple times, never apologizing when I said she was hurting me. The polish was unevenly applied and bubbled on two nails. To top it all off, the nail she "fixed" broke off the next day. Never coming back. read more

We needed a place on a last minute basis. We went around the opening time, no wait, they took my mother and I and we were in and out under an hour. I really like how fast they were, I don't get color on my toes just pedicure. It's probably the best I've had so far, very neat, she cleaned them up really good I like she took her time but was still able to get the job done. My manicure was good, fast but good. Paint job, could use a little more work she didn't get the whole nail with the top coat BUT the manicure is the most important part, not so much the paint. They aren't near where we live so probably won't come back only based on distance though. read more

They charge for things that should be included in a manicure, she cleaned her tools in the water that my feet were in, the towels were wet and a and smelly and I am assuming were used from the day before because I was the first person in, and they were just pushy and gave off the feeling they couldn't be bothered. I went there a few days ago to get gel nails. A lady with blue nails did my set. She did it so fast and sloppy. I don't get my nails done that often but she filed my nails for about 3 seconds and didn't shape them or clean up anything. The ends of my nails were frayed from the file and then she began quickly and sloppily putting on the base and color for my gel color. She didn't go all the way to the sides of my fingers and she put it on so unevenly that it's lumpy and isn't smooth. I won't ever go there again and I don't recommend this place to anybody else. And my gel chipped a few days later. That's never happened to me before. read more

This place is so gross. They are so dirty and they eat and slurp their food in your face while doing your nails. I think I also saw a hot plate in the corner on the floor. They cut vegetables and make soup while doing nails. And I can do my nails better with my eyes closed. Totally uneven nail color application and they didn't even cut my nails straight. I tried to save a few dollars but it actually cost me more because I went somewhere else to get my manicure and pedicure re-done. Save you money. Go somewhere else. Ummm well there is nothing good to say about this place. It is like a nail chop shop. I made an appointment and they were not ready for me when I got there. Ok fine, I picked my color and sat down to wait. There was another girl getting a full set and when she got up to go wash her hands they told me to go sit in her chair! Her phone, purse, etc was still there. When she came out she looked around like wtf and I apologized and handed her, her things. So rude and unprofessional. The lady that did my nails then tried to start on me without getting new equipment or even washing her hands and was irritated that I made her disinfect her items. So gross. This lady was like a machine when she started. She was so rough and in a hurry she cut me twice. My polish is so uneven and one of my nails were filed so poorly you could see my real nail! This place is so dirty and is cold. We go to get pampered but instead get rushed out of the door. I just happen to come here because its close to my job but I can say its the worse nail shop ever. I came to this shop on the day before the 4th of July. They were a little crowded. 30 minutes later they placed me in a spa chair even though they had a total of six manicurist, four of which were working on two women (two for each). Another 30 minutes later, one of the male workers finally came to do my pedicure. He was working very aggressively & fast on my pedicure (he finished in under 15 min) as he explained that they were very busy & he needed to move on to the next person (even though I waited an hour). He finished my French tip pedicure & put me in the dying section. As I was in the drying section, I noticed there was remnants of my old green polish on a few of my toes. I brought it to his attention & he told me I had to wait for him even though there was another manicurist available. I left & went to my regular shop Crystal Nails on Colorado blvd & they did the job right. Never ever go to this wack a** small shop. The workers are very rude, their work is poorly done, & their polish is watered down with acetone. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a nail place. I went in on Saturday 10/17/15 because my boss got my team gift cards for this place. I wish I had never come here. Not only did the woman not listen to me at all about my full set she ended up doing a terrible job and as of 10/19/15 my full set had come off my nails. I'm not sure what she used and I don't work with heavy products on my hands so I'm not sure how they could just come off but I lost out on $30!
