I've been seeing Boyoungand she's the only person I trust to get my nails right every. single. time. The quality is ridiculous!!!! I'm a very understanding person and I would have much rather she tell me she couldn't do the design instead of having me sit there for that long and having to re-do nails because the design wasn't coming out correctly or because she messed up the polish. My partner and I booked Olivia and Evelyn because of their excellent reviews on Vagaro. But upon arrival, my partner was directed to Olivia and I was seated with Sylvia without any acknowledgement of the change. 2. More importantly, I've been working hard to grow out my nails and wanted to make sure I kept a good amount of length. But on her initial pass with the drill, Sylvia took so much length off of my thumbnail that it had to be filed below my fingertip. I asked for a round shape but because she took so much length off, I ended up with rounded squares. I'm really upset about the length. I will say my partner's nails look great, and if I decide to return (which is a big "if") I'll be sure to book with Olivia (and hopefully get who I booked with).
