Every time I've come in it's been perfect! I love it here. So kind and such a relaxing place!read more

I came in as a walk-in and was told there was an opening at 10:30 a.m. They actually started my manicure earlier than they stated, which I appreciated. However, the technician who initially prepped my natural nails and grown-out acrylic appeared to be inexperienced. He used several different sanding bits I'm not used to seeing, including a coarse sanding bit. At one point, a piece of the sanding material broke off and embedded itself into my natural nail, causing discomfort in my nail bed. He tried to remove it with a nail file, causing pain that made me retract my hand. While he stepped away briefly to answer the phone, I ended up removing the piece myself with another nail. He then continued sanding uneven and repeatedly switching sanding bits which made me feel uneasy. After the prep, I was passed to another technician to complete the fill and apply UV polish. She asked what nail shape I wanted, and this is where the pricing discrepancy started. She informed me that wanting an almond shape would increase the fill price to $55 instead of the posted $47. I explained to her that no other place does this and that the pricing displayed on the wall lists $47 for a fill using a credit card, but does not mention any additional charge for different nail shapes. She became irritated and said she would charge $52 instead. She then went on a rant about the long experience she has, the cost of her equipment, and the quality of her materials. She also stated that she treats nails as art and does a good job, and charges some clients upwards of $80 as a base price. Despite these claims, after leaving I noticed that two of my nails are crooked and the polish was poorly applied near the cuticle area. Of all the nail salons I've ever visited Ive never had these upcharges for different nail shapes before along with my fill ever costing more than $40-$45 max. Also as a business owner myself, I fully understand the costs involved with running a business, including the materials and the equipment. Given that, I set prices accordingly and find it important to openly and clearly communicate this pricing upfront to my clients. This upfront transparency includes any upcharges for additional services or materials so my clients can make informed decisions before my service is started and not feel how I felt at this salon. Given all this I do not believe I would ever go back.

I don't have a lot to compare this to, because I'm not one to get my nails done often. They have a…read moreseparate room for pedicures, which is nice because I don't wanna see everyone's hooves... Everyone that works there is very nice, they do a nice job - my biggest takeaway is that what they show on TV and the music they play just don't make sense, and it's amusing! Once it was Forrest Gump and Top 40 - most recently it was diving trials and oldies? It's honestly the best part of the experience. Seriously though, they do a nice job and the price is fine.

The gentlemen doing the persons nails next to me said soak,I said it's hot he turned the temp down the girl walks over and turns it back up. See enclosed pedicure Pic. Sloppy and rushed. The ANC French is not smooth some of nails you could take a mini Rollercoaster on.Pics included as well. I will not be going there again. Also when I went to pay I gave the guy doing my manicure a tip I didn't realize they were not smooth at the time and he asked for the girls tip like it was mandatory I said no tip I'm not happy,he insisted she got a tip. I told him split his with her! Very unwelcoming place. You can tell they talk about you in their own language by their reactions, body talk and facial expressions.

I highly recommend Brittany, esp. for stressed out Brides!! Let's put it this way, two years ago she provided me, my MoH and Mother of the Bride, with plenty of wonderful pre-wedding pampering! And I STILL go there! I love her chocolate facials!! Seriously delicious! Brides: We had "deeper" cleansing (facials) a few months out, before the wedding, and then a very relaxing express facial a week prior to the wedding that left my skin feeling soft and fresh (and as my make-up artist commented--perfectly ready for wedding day make-up)! She has a soft touch and a sincere interest in your comfort and well being! She also very much understood what it was to be a "stressed bride" and worked with management to make sure that my day was absolutely lovely! I would also strongly recommend Jennifer Labuff -- She did a shellac manicure (French) on the Tuesday before my wedding (wedding was Sat.) and it lasted in mint condition until the following week, and I would say it still looked really great by the 2nd week! If budget is a consideration for you (because, why wouldn't they be?) Sign-up for the e-mail alerts, for packages and monthly savings and you'll be happy you did!
