Pricing that doesn't add up to my bill

So I had dark brown hair and I decided I wanted to try out an ombre dark brown at my roots and a beige blonde at the ends. Now my hair is healthy because I dye it like twice a year and buy very expensive products for it, I take great care of my hair. Do deep conditioners,etc... so I made an appointment here this past Friday. When I went into my appointment I waited 1hr to be seen then I told her what I wanted and she wasn't doing my roots first like she should of so i said "your doing the dark brown on my roots right" and she acted like I didn't tell her...I know I did, but I still apologized because I'm just that type of person. So I'm sitting here for 3hrs getting my hair done and (remember this for later) she asks me if I want it blown dryed too so I asked how much that would be and she tells me it's an extra $30... so I thought that's ridiculous when I can do it myself for free so I say no but then when my hair is all shampoo and that I ok the blow dry. When she is done it looks OK from what I can see but I'm also so tired from sitting there basically all day. (Remember this for later) I payed $276 plus a $50 tip... I was not expecting it to be so much but I thought it's different and I never done this to my hair so maybe it's right. I also purchased a Paul Mitchell hair serum for $20 so all together I payed $346. My hair is so long that it goes to the top of my butt but my hair is very fine. Now I go home and I take a close up at my hair and realized the blonde is orange!!!! Why would a hair stylist that is supposed to be a professional for hair let a client go looking like that?! Ontop of knowing that wasn't the color the client wanted??? I wasn't happy but I do realize when you lighten dark hair it usually turns a brassy orange, I know that and I'm not a professional so she definitely knew... so I called Sunday and told them what happened and they told me to come in Monday. I was all worried about offending this woman too. But I came in Monday and a different stylist was doing my hair this time. So I waited another 3-4hrs and they obviously didn't have me pay extra since they fucked up. Now when I seen my hair the color was so much better, I didn't see any brassy tones so I was happy and gave her a $20 tip since she wasn't the one that did my hair originally and she took time out of her day knowing I wasn't paying. But once again the next morning when I was using the bathroom I looked in the mirror and on the side of my head there was no fading the brown into the blonde. It just looked like a line, a huge contrast going from brown and immediately to blonde. At this point I was PISSED!!!! This was their 2nd fuck up and 2 different stylists... immediately in a horrible mood. When they opened I called them and they told me to come in that day. When I did I vocalized to the manager how upset I was with this. I have sat for atleast 8hrs so far and spent in total $366 so far. She apologized to me and she did my hair. Another 3hrs sitting there with a mask on (which isn't fun) and at the end I could see that the fading was still not properly done but she was trying to cover up that spot with my bangs, trying to get me not to see it. But at this point I give up and I'm fucking done! I already spent about 10hrs at this salon in the last 5 days. And my hair was so healthy and since they had to keep going over it with chemicals they damaged my ends which I'm very unhappy about!!!! So while I'm there I pay for a Paul Mitchell deep conditioner which is another $20 and I know I shouldn't of but I gave her a $5 tip. So al together I spent $391.... at this point they should of gave me ALL of my money back. You can keep the $75 in tips I gave the 3 of you but I wanted my $276 back, but I didn't say anything to them I am just going to call the owner about it. Now while I was looking at their website I seen the pricing. Now I should of been charged $88 for double processing color, $20 for a hair cut, $20 for toner and remember how the first stylist told me after coloring my hair the blow drying would be $30 well she lied... blow dry with coloring says an extra $12... and even if your going to just get a blow dry it's only $28. So my bill should of been $140 so I have no clue how it came to $276 so I will be going back for my receipt to check it out and make sure she didn't add anything else or charge me wrong. And I know some of you will say why did you keep going back and I couldn't go to a different place and pay even more money to have them fix it. Now the 3 woman I seen were sweethearts but that doesn't make up for the shit I had to go through. I definitely will be calling the owner on top of going to get my receipt.

just needed a wet haircut - short - nothing fancy - the lady spent the whole time talking to another stylist and totally butchered my hair.

Good value for the money. Not upscale and this is reflected in the pricing. Usually available for walk ins

Very professional, very clean, and beautifully styled salon -- the atmosphere makes you feel like…read moreyou are going to get pampered, and you do! I highly recommend Brittany, esp. for stressed out Brides!! Let's put it this way, two years ago she provided me, my MoH and Mother of the Bride, with plenty of wonderful pre-wedding pampering! And I STILL go there! I love her chocolate facials!! Seriously delicious! Brides: We had "deeper" cleansing (facials) a few months out, before the wedding, and then a very relaxing express facial a week prior to the wedding that left my skin feeling soft and fresh (and as my make-up artist commented--perfectly ready for wedding day make-up)! She has a soft touch and a sincere interest in your comfort and well being! She also very much understood what it was to be a "stressed bride" and worked with management to make sure that my day was absolutely lovely! I would also strongly recommend Jennifer Labuff -- She did a shellac manicure (French) on the Tuesday before my wedding (wedding was Sat.) and it lasted in mint condition until the following week, and I would say it still looked really great by the 2nd week! If budget is a consideration for you (because, why wouldn't they be?) Sign-up for the e-mail alerts, for packages and monthly savings and you'll be happy you did!
