I was brought to a dimly lit corner of their salon where the esthetician who barely said a word to me ruined my once bushy brows into non existent and paper thin...hello, 1990s! So furious. I would never go back!! I was charged $55 for a wash , blow out and flat iron. She kept saying her feet hurt and would lean on my hair on the back of the chair. In the end my hair wasn't even straight with a flat iron mind you my hair isn't long a little longer then shoulder length and normally will just blow out straight when it's done right.
