Hang onto your hair and run! I had the nastiest "stylist" who cut my hair so badly you'd think it…read morewas done by a trainee wearing a blindfold! The whole thing was horribly uneven. Instead of the simple layers I asked for, this lazy woman just made one big chop halfway down, leaving me with a ridiculous, bi-level mop that looked like a short wig over a long one. She carelessly cut my hair right across in the back, regardless that I repeatedly asked if she could please cut it into a V-shape - and then she became verbally abusive when I mentioned it to her! She totally disregarded the photos I showed her of me wearing my hair the way it looks best, instead cutting it however SHE wanted. She offered no apology whatsoever for her numerous mistakes nor for her foul attitude, and never even uttered a "thank you" for the generous tip I gave her. The manager there is just as rude and unhelpful, refusing to even speak to that employee despite the fact that I stood there looking like a brunette Bozo The Clown. So, if you want your hair chopped off haphazardly by a lazy, rude, classless goon who thinks she's a "stylist", go here. Otherwise, go to a real hair stylist who listens to and respects the customer.

Thrilled with the honesty we both got our manis done. My gosh I'm in love. Tee did a fantastic job on my ANC. Courteous and kind, I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Many new customers approached the front desk to ask for appointments, the staff was honest and sadly declined them because they were booked up with appointment for the evening. I really appreciate the honesty when it comes to situations like this. They didn't overpack they salon and have a mob of angry people waiting. I'll definitely make a appointment next time, and will review my pedi experience. Overall I'm extremely satisfied! My nails came out PERFECT!

It is a family owned nail salon with that being said My Daughter is very picky with her nails since coming Amy son is able to bring it to life any design my daughter shows him as well as I had the pleasure of Mr. son doing my nails last week. very picky with my nail shape which is fine and he was able to execute the shape as well as taking the time to make me feel happy with the end results I will give this salon a five star and we will continue going back for services especially it being so hard being from New York having to find nail salons that can execute what you're looking for.
