She asked if I would remove the review but yelp doesn't let you without one of the their reasons selected and I wasn't offered any type of discount or anything so it wouldn't let me remove it. I called and made an appointment at 6:30pm for a pedicure on 3/12/2026, the person said that was the time I would be seen because she has another appointment at 6pm, I booked it and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat there until 8pm and was never taken care of because the salon was too busy. At 8:15, a woman was finally able to start my pedicure but didn't know how to perform the service. I ended up leaving in tears because this was exhausting and disappointing to experience. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time slot or plan accordingly? I sat for 2 hours and never even got to get a pedicure.
