This is one of the worst nail experiences I've had. We chose this place because it could accommodate a larger number of guests, but their customer service is not great. They were able to host most of us at the same time, but they completely ignored my friend for the longest time, even after multiple requests. My pedicure was painful to say the least! All of us that had pedicures thought it was painful! Even when you tell them what they are doing is painful, they say to relax and its okay. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink either. I really wanted to like and went 2 times and saw 2 different people to give a fair evaluation. My first visit was for a fill and gel polish. I wasn't offered any drink which it's competitors do. There was a short wait and the overall fill and shape was great but the polish was older and cause a strange texture and bumps on my nails after it cured in light which tech didn't fix. After 2 days a nail cracked and came off from changing my clothes. So I went for repair and pedicure which is my 2nd visit. Visit 2 - the pedicure was good actually except again no drink or massage chair etc. the lady did kind of sloppy and on one toe didn't even trim it just polished to where it should of been trimmed. I literally was like ugh?! Seriously when I got home and saw lol. Then she did my repair and unfortunately I was actually really bothered by her smell of cigarettes and then the nail she redid is ugh... pretty bad. Like it's misshapen and weirdly thick with once again bumpy polish. Both visits averaged more then the other local salons and I can say I won't be returning. EVER read more

I really enjoyed my first visit to my sister's favorite nail place, @PolishedNails today. We had appointments for 3P, and when we arrived a little bit early, they went ahead and got us started. I got a great gel mani that lasted the right amount of time and my nails look great. The woman who did my nails made polite conversation with me and I really enjoyed visiting with her. $35 for a gel mani is totally reasonable, and I think this one was done really well. But the real standout at this place is the place itself. They've done a wonderful job with the atmosphere and decor. A receptionist checks you in, and the work is done in several different rooms but they've kept the entire space as open as possible. The way the space is broken up keeps you from feeling like there are 50 people buzzing around in there, but being kind of open keeps it from being claustrophobic in any given room. The walls are painted beautiful colors, nice draperies separate the areas, and some of the coolest chandeliers I've ever seen! It's nice to have something cool to look at while you're getting your nails done. No TVs are on in the space, which makes me very happy. The staff is attentive and polite, but they focus on getting the work done both well and quickly which I appreciate so much. I will come back here anytime I'm in Yukon! read more

My mother-in-law is a loyal client to this salon and told me I should go to it when I needed my nails done. I made an appointment for a full set and a pedi. I haven't had my nails done in almost a year and about 15 months since my last pedi. I went in and there was a girl at the front desk that checked me in. I picked out my color while Trina was getting ready for the pedi. After the wax and hot towels on my feet and legs, I felt an incredible difference. It's been 6 hours and my feet still feel soft and moisturized. I wear sandals a lot and chase after my little boy so the fact that they are still feeling great had impressed me and I will be back for another pedi. Trina also did my nails and she did an amazing job. She did the gel polish so there wouldn't be any chipping and the color would last longer. This is helpful when chasing a small child around. I wanted a pink ribbon on my ring finger nails for cancer awareness and she did just that. I love it. When I wanted to engage in conversation I could and didn't feel like I was interrupting. When I want to sit in the massage chair and soak it in I could and didn't feel like I was interrupted by conversation. The atmosphere was great. The temperature wasn't noticeable, so that must mean it was perfect. Not hot and not cold. I will be back when I'm in town. read more

Had a reservation for 12pm Sunday and was turned away. Told no one was there to take me, and I needed to come back in at least an hour or two with a shrug before she walked away. No apology. Not even an impersonal 'thank you come again!' I'm sorry, but when I take the time to call ahead and book an appointment, I'm not coming back because you overbooked. I selected a time based on what I had going on that day, and I couldn't go back. They acted like I wasn't even on the books -- very annoying. Anyway, ever since Polished sold and they took over, it's been awful. My nails chip, they can't follow a picture, it takes forever, or they don't seem consistent in the services offered. Just took my 7 year old grand-daughter for special time, just me and her. I originally drove her to the new one that just opened by the turnpike, but as walk ins it was going to be 30 minutes. So I decided to take her here. This was my first visit and I remembered when it used to be Polished. I will say it is very clean and the decor is so pretty. An older man greeted us immediately. (We did walk in at 6:30 and the sign on the door said they closed at 7.) I let him know we were hoping to just get a couple of manicures (with polish, and my grand daughter wanted nail art) he told us to wait just a minute while he spoke to someone else. I noticed only one other customer in there. Then I'm assuming the owner came out and told us they were closed. They began speaking to each other while we awkwardly waited for a decision. Which, the only reason we stood there was because this was for HER. I could care less. The woman (I think her name is Jessica) walked up asked what we wanted. I said it was fine if they couldn't get us both in, but if they could only fit in one I wanted my granddaughter to get hers done since this was special for her) I told her just regular manicures and she just wanted a little nail art. I began getting frustrated at this point. She asked to see a picture of what she wanted. I said we didn't have a picture. My grand daughter asked if she could get a rainbow (she's 7) the ladies first response was " All 7 colors?" I was like no no, just simple. She told her she couldn't her fingers were too small to do it. So we settled on polka dots. She was nice and had her pick out the colors she wanted. She was happy in the end which is all I cared about. The man who greeted us is who ended up doing mine. There was zero conversation except with the other techs. My polish looks great. Although he didn't clean the polish off my skin and cut one of my cuticles too much and made me bleed. Once he was done he just got up and walked off without a word. So, I'm assuming we were finished. Lol The lady did thank us for coming in when we left. I gave 3 stars because in the end my grand daughter was happy. But the experience was a bit awkward. Waited for over 30 minutes to start my pedicure (I was already in the chair with my feet soaking) I asked for the best pedicure they had and my feet felt worse than they did to start with. I went in a few days ago to have my eyebrows waxed. When I went in there were two people at the front desk but one of them was snacking on something and the other was busy texting on their phone....so I had to stand there awkwardly waiting until one of them decided to acknowledge me. I told the lady who did the waxing that I only wanted them waxed underneath because my eyebrows are already pretty skinny...they're just too blonde for me to be able to pluck on my own! She said "okay" to my request so I thought we were good. The very first thing she did when I closed my eyes was put wax on the upper side of my eyebrow. I told her "No stop, I told you I didn't want it on top, ONLY underneath." Her response was "No, it's okay." She proceeded to go ahead and wax and pluck my eyebrows without taking my request into consideration. Never again. read more

Well, my wife went here on a Sunday. She said the place was super busy, so highly recommends you make an appointment. The "massage" chairs were comfortable, the staff was friendly. The prices were "average nail-prices" which is a little pricey for most, but definitely worth it if you want to treat yourself or your lady to some pampering. Here are the highlights: - Amazing pedi chairs that are comfortable and easy to operate - Clean space with cute decor - Friendly staff that gets you in and out without making you feel like a pain - Gel manis with multiple brands to pick colors from - Reasonable options ranging from $38 and up for a mani/pedi - Open Sundays! Here are some downsides/tips: - Make an appointment in advance- even calling at 10am on a Saturday, the earliest I could get was a 4pm - You may have to try a few different manicurists before you find your right fit. Found this place on Yelp! after the 5th acrylic nail from my usual place broke in the same week. My first experience was at the location in Oklahoma City, the guy at the front desk was great, talked to me about options and what would be best since I had so much trouble with my last set. That set looked great and stayed on from a month without a single break. Went into the Yukon location for the fill. Wasn't as impressed with the staff but it was more convenient. My fill looked great but did not hold up as well. Went in after 2 weeks and 1 broken nail for another fill. Walked in early for my appointment and was able to slip in a pedi while I waited, it was mediocre at best and was a little frustrated application of lotion to my legs that was supposedly the massage part I paid for. The visit was saved when Ivy got finished with my nails. She did an amazing job, the first time I have said "I would like them thin and natural" and actually left feeling like I got what I asked for. They are holding up great and look forward to making another appointment with Ivy for my next fill. read more

Horrible experience. Not only was the staff incredibly rude, but the end product of my nail was horrible! I asked them for an American tip nail, which is reasonable seeing as it is on their menu as something you can get, and the lady had no idea what that was! Then, she made several of my nails bleed, and the polish looked terrible. My sister is very sensitive to smells since they give her headaches. So she kindly asked them not to give her lotions. The ladies did not understand and were very unhelpful. I agree with another review on here. They take what you say more as a suggestion. The only thing good about this place is there massages when doing your nails which you could get better at other places anyways. Do not come here! read more

My pedi was great but my mani was rushed, leaving me with bleeding cuticles. The other reason for four stars was price. The basic pedi, absolutely basic, was $26. Yesterday my friend and I wanted to go get a pedicure where we can relax and have wine. We made an appointment at 4 and we were excited. When we arrived we checked in with the receptionist and she was sweet. The place is beautiful but that's about it. We picked out our pedi packages and I decided to go with the vitamin vegan package for $50. My pedi definitely was not worth $50..maybe $30. My nail technician didn't file or shake my toenails at all. She pushed down and trimmed my cuticles and that was about it. I did get a little bit of a leg massage and my white wine so that was nice, but we were so rushed that my lady threw away my wine before I was even finished! She interrupted my friend and I's conversation and say that we needed to get up and let our toenails dry and the main room. I really wanted to love this place but I think when you're paying $50( for plain one color polish) or more for a pedicure you should definitely not be rushed. Also our warm neck wraps smelled like sushi therefore my hair smelled like sushi all night. read more

Had the absolute worse manicure done at polished. I came here to get my nails done for prom, I came in two days before prom to avoid busyness and I made an appointment. My prom dress is pink and white and I showed the nail tech Christene a picture I found on Pinterest that I wanted to have done. While I was trying to pick out the exact pink that is the same as my dress she comes over and rushes me and she grabs a color and says "I'm 100% sure this is the same color" I trusted her. As she starts to do my nails I notice she's the only nail tech not talking to her clients. But that's not that big of a deal to me. She finishes up my nails and I notice that this color is definitely not pink.. it's far from pink. I let them dry just to see if it's the lighting in the building because it is pretty dark in there, I pay her and walk out. I notice my nails look absolutely horrible when I hit the sunlight. The color was dark red and she couldn't even stay in the lines!!!! I asked for square shape and she gave me almond and every time I would hit my nail on something they would dent (they were dry). I tell the manager that this is nothing I asked for and he just looks at me clueless. I had to ask him if they could re do them and he said yes. He was not happy that he had to redo the mess they made! He sat there puckered up and just not happy at all, he didn't even say one word to me. PATHETIC! I will never return to polished and I suggest all of you guys try a different place or save your money! read more

I've had a few reviews of this salon that weren't very favorable. My husband bought me a gift certificate to pamper myself after my son was born. I wasn't happy with the nail services so I was hesitant to ever go back. I decided to skip the nail treatments and try a different side of the salon. I visited Kristie for an eyebrow wax and was pleased with the results and the service she provided. I returned two weeks later for a facial and was again very pleased with the results, the service, and her professionalism. She was very personable and easy to talk to and explained the whole procedure and gave me tips to care for my skin at home. I will say that I've never had a facial before so I can't compare this service to somewhere else, but I was VERY happy with it. I plan to buy a facial package (or ask for one for Christmas). I can say that I have never been happy with my skin before, but i'm starting to change my opinion. read more
