They are never in their office and almost never pick up their calling number. And if by chance you do get ahold of someone, they quickly rush you off the phone and tell you "Look at our website for all information" before I even get a chance to get a word in and ask questions the website doesn't have the answers to. AND at the very top of all this BS, they want you to FAX, Email, or just leave sensitive personal information like social security number and bank statements at their door when they aren't there. Not to mention they charge $25 bucks per application. They almost made $100 bucks off me today, until I figured out this is just some kind of sick tactic scam they have going on. The house I was trying to rent out from them has been on the market for the past six months and only just recently had a open house. I can't imagine how they would be if I were to rent the house from them. Glad I chose to walk instead. Everyone else should do the same and steer clear of this dump. It doesn't even match its building name to its application name. That was the first red flag right there. Also one last thing to point out, the host of the open house obviously made up a charge of pet rent when I asked if they accepted any. She first said "no" then made up a charge of $500 for only small pets.

Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

I just got off the phone with the number one most unprofessional receptionist I have ever come…read moreacross. I have been biting my tongue about the dissatisfaction I have endured living under the Sordi Property Management, and Daniel really took me to the breaking point. I have been frustrated with the fact that our HOA has increased $30 and we have seen zero benefit. They just changed our gate system and I am CONSTANTLY getting my packages delayed because the call box does not correctly dial my phone number, as it should, to let it delivery drivers. Further, my husband does not have a remote (they are an extra $25, and it took me weeks to receive mine) and has relied on the call box to let him in, we called and guess what, it was disconnected and my husband waited outside of the gate for 20 minutes. I called to express my disappointment in the system and Daniel took it upon himself to argue with me like the teenagers that I work with on a daily basis. I understand there are rules, fine. Living in an HOA is a social contract where you pay, and in return, expect to see some kind of benefit. And if not, then it is my right to bring it to the property managers attention. Now, listening to Daniel do his best to berate me had to be one of the funniest phone calls of my life. You really did your big one tough guy. But let's be serious, it was completely out of line and extremely unprofessional. This company should truly be ashamed of the way they handle business. If anyone is on the fence for good property management, especially in a gated community...one that prioritizes RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM, and TACT. Please, just look elsewhere.

Kevin and Daniel are by far the two worst people you could have operating a business. They have no professional conduct and, honestly, embarrass themselves by the way they think they are handling their business. If Sordi Properties is managing your place of business or your home, run the other way. Don't put any money into it because it will be a waste. People like Daniel and Kevin need to find another career. They handle business like people with "short man syndrome." While it is hilarious, it's also super embarrassing and makes you question the management that is taking care of your home. If I could I would put negative stars that's how bad this duo sucks
