And if by chance you do get ahold of someone, they quickly rush you off the phone and tell you "Look at our website for all information" before I even get a chance to get a word in and ask questions the website doesn't have the answers to. AND at the very top of all this BS, they want you to FAX, Email, or just leave sensitive personal information like social security number and bank statements at their door when they aren't there. Not to mention they charge $25 bucks per application. They almost made $100 bucks off me today, until I figured out this is just some kind of sick tactic scam they have going on. The house I was trying to rent out from them has been on the market for the past six months and only just recently had a open house. I can't imagine how they would be if I were to rent the house from them. Glad I chose to walk instead. Everyone else should do the same and steer clear of this dump. It doesn't even match its building name to its application name. That was the first red flag right there. Also one last thing to point out, the host of the open house obviously made up a charge of pet rent when I asked if they accepted any. She first said "no" then made up a charge of $500 for only small pets.

In the entire time she and her staff managed my property, I never had any issues, was always responded to quickly, if I reached out about a question and her staff was always very helpful and friendly. The team always treated me professionally and went above and beyond. During the 14 years, they were on top of everything, whether it was a tenant moving out, a new one moving in or a few repairs needed along the way, I always felt I could trust Jacque and her staff. i had an occasion to use a realtor from pro realty named cindy huselid. she was the realtor who…read moresold my home in fresno. there were several hitches in the sale of this property, however this is not the purpose for rating this realtor a one star. i also purchased a new property in fresno. cindy was not the realtor for this property. however, she ask us to name her as a realtor we used for the sale of the original property. we did as she asked, she never mentioned she would be receiving a commission for the sale of the new property. ms. huselid did not represent us on this purchase at all. she called us when we were signing the final paper work and asked if she could come out and did we need her. we said no we did not need her and no we did not want her to come out. ms. huselid took it upon her self to show up during the signing and ask us to sign a document that she gave to the new house reps. we did so not realizing she would be getting a commission for this purchase. not only did she get a commission of 9+k on the sale of the old home (she split with someone else, no one we new) but she also received 11k + for the purchase commission on the new property. ms. huselid did absolutely not to earn this money, she did not take us to the property, (we found it on our own). she did no follow through on this property. in our opinion she did nothing to earn the 11k+. we mentioned to ms. huselid, (since she did receive the 11k + for doing nothing, she could perhaps at least share in the closing costs, or contribute someting out of this money to the upgrade of the property. ms. huselid has declined to offer anything for this hugh commission. we feel ms. huselid did not inform us properly regarding her commission or work to earn one cent let alone 11k+. this feels like fraud to us and at this point only suggest strongly to anyone using ms. huselids services to be sure you take a few moments to read extra carefully all documents given to you, especially when it comes to commission for the realtors. this was my first experience with realtors and will definitely be my last.

Every time I moved in to a new place it got worse and worse each place I lived in was never clean, mold growing in the bathrooms There were cockroaches in each building I lived in last building I lived in had cockroaches, bed bugs and mice which was a safety concern because I was pregnant and had my firstborn they refuse to spray properly they refuse to give proper notices, I have been told by one of the maintenance people that he would enter my suite without a 24 hours notice to quote" fix things even though nothing was being fixed, I had to go to the bored to get just a simple water leak finished because I paid for water which took a few months, While I was pregnant with my first, I nearly fell down the stairs while in labor due to them putting grips on the stairs with silicone instead of gorilla glue. I have a friend in a different building that is going through similar situations with Deborah And now is going to court with Clearwater. So please if you ever consider renting from Clearwater management just know that they're slumlords. They do not care about anything other than the money and you will not get your damage deposit back!!!!
